Muito limpa. Os controles remoto da TV não funciona. O chuveiro ou é muito quente (fervendo) e abundante, ou e6 frio e fraco. Precisa dar o jeito. O Cafe dá manhã é satisfatório. Pode melhorar. As frutas não precisam ser cortadas ao extremo. Basta ser fatiada, deixas as sementes e a casca. O ruim são as escadas. Acho que um elevador resolve. Os arredores são seguros e limpos.

Não fomos informados que o hotel tinha refeições. Preço do café da manhã, extremamente caro. Quando fiz a reserva pedi com café da manhã, quando cheguei falaram que não estava incluso. Estacionamento cobrado a parte e tive que esperar mais de meia hora para conseguir tirar o carro

O quarto estava impecável. Tudo muito bem limpo. Fui surpreendida quanto ao pagamento do estacionamento a parte, pois na propaganda do site consta estacionamento. Para mim se consta que tem estacionamento faz parte do pacote. Deveriam colocar entre parenteses (pagamento no estabelecimento). Ou Não incluso no valor da estadia.

O quarto em si aconchegante, na recepção quanto check-in e check-out excelente atendimento nada a reclamar. O estacionamento do lado de fora pra quem chega a noite é um pouco ruim devido a falta de iluminação mas nada que atrapalhou. infelizmente funcionarios conversando alto em frente a nossa porta nos acordou foi um pouco incómodo visto que estávamos descansando. Café da manhã muito gostoso.

O box do banheiro é muito estreito, largura aproximadamente 60 cm e comprimento uns 70 cm, tenho 1.80m de altura e 72 kg e estava muito apertado. Além a água doo box malhava todo o banheiro.

O Hotel é muito barulhento, vc ouve os barulhos dos outros quartos, corredores, impossível dormir. Além de uma claridade que entra pelo banheiro absurda. O café da manhã tbm deixa muito a desejar, não tem opção de chá para beber. Os colaboradores são extremamente gentis e atenciosos, mas a estrutura não ajuda.

Péssimo hotel, motel adaptado para hotel, velho

Sem elevador. Me deram um quarto no terceiro andar (tive que subir escadas com degraus curtos e curvos com duas malas), mas um quarto cheirando mofo e com 3 camas pequenas, tive que voltar com as malas para pedir um quarto correto (escolhi e paguei por cama de casal), trocaram após eu insistir, pois queriam que eu ficasse no outro fedendo. Chegando no quarto não tinha ventilação, apenas uma janela para um fosso fechado onde ficam os motores de ar condicionado, escuro, barulhento e sem ventilação. Aí deitar na cama as camas abriram e quase caí, pois apenas juntaram duas camas de solteiro, sem colocar um pillowtop, ou seja, foi o mesmo que ficar em uma cama de solteiro. Tampa do vaso sanitário quebrada, chegando a cortar levemente minha perna ao sentar. Nenhum isolamento acústico. Claramente é um motel velho adaptado para hotel. Mais uma péssima experiência baseado nas notas no hotéis.com, o que me faz optar por usar o Trip Advisor que possui avaliações mais confiáveis.
