É um motel adaptado para hotel. O quarto em que fiquei estava com um forte cheiro de mofo. Pelo menos os funcionários são muito cordiais.

Foi horrível, fiz uma reserva e me entregaram outra, deveriam trocar o nome pq não é quarto de hotel e sim de motel, o quarto tem um cofre que abre para o lado de fora e uma porta de vidro que não temos a chave tornando a noite uma incógnita recheada de medo de alguém entrar enquanto estivermos dormindo. Não tem um móvel pra guarda as malas ou as roupas, não tem serviço de quarto, não tem kit de banho como sabonetes, shampoo e condicionador como são oferecidos em hotéis de verdade, solicitei um quarto com cama queensize e banheiro com banheira e não teve nada disso muito pelo contrário, quarto com cama de casal pequena, lençois manchados, banheiro apertado e simples sem banheira e o local em construção o que deixa mais ainda apreensivo, foram que a recepção vc não consegue saber quem está te atendendo estilo motel mesmo e o hotel fica do outro lado da recepção tornando a experiência mais ruim ainda. Não recomendo o hotel e também não recomendo a Hotels.com pq não conseguiram me dar um suporte oq tornou minha estadia mto frustrante. RESUMINDO entrei numa roubada sem precedentes. Odiei tudo desde o atendimento até a checkout.
