Hello please help me with a refund for this. I am unsatisfied with my stay. To begin the app was not letting me reserve and the night was 30$ I had to use my computer and then it charged me 40$. Basically 10$ more expensive just because I was not able to use the app. My app was having issues last night as I was trying to reserve a room. After hours of trying I was able to reserve this place. My room was dirty. My pillows has gum stain and the sheets had stains too on them. I have picture. There was no towels or shampoo to use for my shower. Looking forward for someone to help me with this refund thanks.

The neighborhood is terrible and dangerous, a lot of homeless and junkies and robbers. The rooms are very small, you feel like in a jail room, no shampoo, the TV doesn´t work, wi-fi? forgot it, never works, the staff very rude. You have to pay even for breath. I don´t recommend this hotel. The worst, certified.

Na verdade tudo foi muito bom, porém no check in fomos recebidos por um funcionária muito mal educada e grossa, ela chama Andreia, uma moça do cabelo moreno. Eu sabia que estava entrando um pouco mais cedo que o check in, perguntei se poderia, ela me informou que sim, mas que não poderia trocar de quarto. OK sem problemas. MAs ela repetiu 3 vezes como se eu tivesse insistido para troca, sem que nem solicitei. Ao final disse que só teria quarto no 1º andar e mais uma vez falou que não poderia trocar de quarto. Eu mais uma vez falei ok, por que nem no hotel ficaria, apenas para dormir. Viagem foi para uma feira então cheguei tarde e sai bem cedo no sábado. Restante tudo ok.

Por ser Ibis , pensamos que estaria no padrão , já ficamos em outros lugares e muitas vezes ,não só em São Paulo. Mas este estava sujo, lençóis furados , cobertor com cheiro ruim ,de ter sido usado muitas vezes ,tanto que fica dentro de uma capa guardado. As toalhas velhas . Passamos 3 noites.

quarto limpo, apenas a arandela sobre a mesa estava suja e caída. Mas foi fácilmente ajustada. Bom atendimento no check-in. Cheguei de madrugada no hotel e creio que por isso, foi demorada a abertura do estacionamento o que causou uma breve sensação de insegurança. Solicitei refeição via aplicativo iFood e fiquei na dúvida se a recepção receberia a entrega, uma vez que o app estava desincronizado com o entregador, mas ao tentar contato com a recepção via whatsapp, só obtive resposta no dia seguinte.

A mangueira inox do chuveiro estava toda danificada, vazava agua para todo lado, menos na ponta, o chuveiro estava todo solto e soltou e vi que estava cheio de lodo por dentro, espirou agua pra todo lado, molhei todo cabelo, porta do banheiro não fechava até o final, ficou um pouco aberta e escorreu agua no quarto, sai para um show e cheguei tarde, ligaram e deixaram o ar condicionado ligado no maximo, não tem aquecedor, custei a dormir com o quarto congelado, quarto não tem frigobar, era para colocar a placas de gelo do medicamento do meu filho no cogelador, colocaram na geladeira normal, na hora de ir embora que vi, perdi todo o restante do medicamento pois as placas estavam somente resfriadas e não congeladas, não avisei pq pensei que todo mundo sabia que placas ficam no congelador, voltando ao assunto do hotel, cafe da manhã é razoável, suco de frutas, parece de pozinhp, poucas poções e não tem misteira, não mantem o patrão do Hibi s Jardins,

Acabou a água no último dia que estávamos lá. Um dia estava passando mal , tinha deixado as chaves com outro hóspede e precisava de uma reserva para entrar no quarto , nos fizeram enfrentar uma fila enorme de check-in. Sendo que éramos hóspedes e estava nessa situação . Zero empatia de quem estava a atendendo. Pessimo atendimento !!!! Não recomendo
