This is a simple hotel, staff at front desk at night can not give you toilet paper if you need or whatever you ask. They are rude. Differently of staff at day time which are much more polite. The bathroom is filthy dirty. Different kind of hair everywhere, the sink is cluttered, the shower smells mold. Your luggage doesn’t have a proper place to stay but at the floor. There is not microwave at the room. They don’t have gym. Don’t choose this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There are a few things that need to be improved, the tv only had cable with a few Brazilian channels, we couldn’t even stream a platform to watch something else since it wasn’t a smart tv. The AC did not properly so the room always felt warm. I missed a second little trash bin in the room, there was only one in the bathroom. Room was small but this was expected. The mattress is a sort of a thin pad and doesn’t give you that comfort feeling when you are at a hotel.
