The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the main tourist attractions. I booked two rooms, one of which accommodated three people. The room featured sliding doors separating the master bedroom from the sofa bed, which offered privacy for my parents — a thoughtful and practical design. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The minibar was well-stocked, and the hotel staff were consistently courteous and helpful throughout our stay. I especially enjoyed the outdoor pool, which was a perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for clean, comfortable, and conveniently located accommodation.

The staff was friendly and the check-in and check-out process was fast and easy. I think the location is good as there are multiple restaurants at a walking distance. The property looks nice but the couch and chair in my room had stains on them.

They need to replace furniture when it gets so bad that there are stains upon stains. The place felt safe and the housekeeper did a nice job despite the wear and tear. The elevator door closes fast and will body check you so be aware. We chose here due to the double room I would stay again if needed. Breakfast was good with lots of fruit. Pool was warm but could use more loungers as there are only three. The mall at the top of the street was great for their food court . Staff were nice.

Mid Grade for a Mid Hotel

The stay was pretty mid. The photos that they showed are not the reality of the place. The staff sometimes was rude, but its something that you can expect when you pay $600 for a 4 day stay at Sao Paulo. I think the best feature from the Hotel was its location, its basically nearby everything important in Sao Paulo, and its pretty safe to go around at any time nearby the Hotel.

Hotel looked good from outside but is rundown, towels are old, 1 of elevators were not working for a whole day.

the best job references are incredibly well-organized and delicious meals. If you are looking for a reasonably priced lunch or dinner I would also recommend the restaurant hotel as well as their prime rib is incredibly delicious. their menus are in brazilian portuguese and english and they are very friendly with the american actor, many of the signs, in fact, all the signs are bilingual, english and religion, portuguese, so they are really trying to accommodate to bomb the Taurus who speaks Portuguese. Police Avenue is about half a mile away and is an amazing sight to behold on New Year's Eve!!!!

Pessimo hotel pra sua qualificação. Nunca é um 4 estrelas, no máximo 2…. Só peguei por causa da localização e pela avaliação de 4 mas é pessimo, precisa de reformas. A única coisa que é até razoável é o café da manhã.

Nao gostei da " atmosfera" do hotel. Funcionários desmotivados. Saí do hotel um dia antes porque nao aguentei mais. Paguei caro e sai de lá extremamente decepcionada. O café da manhã é num ambiente muito pequeno para um hotel gigante desses. Gente emperrando a fila enquanto aguarda a tapioca, pão francês faltando, funcionário limpando mesas com o mesmo pano onde enxugou o suco da bacia onde estavam os abacaxis, cara feia qdo pedimos para colocar garrafa nova de café qdo esta ficou vazia, uma poluição sonora. Não indico.
