Hotel is well located and well organized. Food at the restaurant is excellent and service is amazing. Even though I have a trouble free stay, the hotel is too expensive for what you get. Rooms are tiny with a dated wired layout. My room phone did not work my whole stay, and pool is exposed to the public area of the restaurant, impossible to be private while swimming there.

Our stay was very pleasant. The only issue we had was with the safety box which gave us issues for a few until the staff eventually replaced it. The rooms were nice (although a bit small, specially for a family of 4), the restaurant was very nice as well, and there was several activities to entrarían the kids.

The hotel has seen better days. We had several issues. The room didn’t have hot water for two days. Room too small. Gym is a joke, equipment broken, very light weight, and the equipments working poorly. TV didn’t have any cable channels, only free ones. Bed wasn’t good and pillows very bad. The hotel as a whole is bad, very ill maintained. The only good thing is the view.

Quarto impecável, havia pego um quarto com camas de solteiro mas chegando lá a equipe conseguiu um quarto com cama queen. Fomos para o show do oasis e o hotel estava preparado para o show com esquenta, cabine fotos, quiz e brindes, todos entraram no clima e estava perfeito. O Hotel tbm tinha transfer para o estádio o que ajudou muito. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Meus pets foram bem atendidos e ganharam um kit pet na entrada. Foi tudo perfeito! Recomendo.

Experiência de check-in bastante insatisfatória. O atendente inicialmente afirmou não localizar minha reserva e, em seguida, ofereceu uma categoria de quarto distinta daquela efetivamente contratada. A tentativa de apresentar essa troca como uma “cortesia” foi inadequada, uma vez que eu apenas solicitava o cumprimento do que havia sido reservado. Precisei apresentar evidências no aplicativo por cerca de 20 minutos até que o equívoco fosse reconhecido. Ao chegar ao quarto, o cenário permaneceu negativo. O ambiente apresentava forte odor de esgoto proveniente do ralo do banheiro, comprometendo o conforto. Apesar de ser um quarto executivo — possivelmente uma das categorias superiores do hotel — o espaço é pequeno, mal distribuído e pouco funcional. O staff, de modo geral, demonstrou pouca preparação, cortesia limitada e ausência de postura profissional compatível com a proposta do empreendimento. Embora a estrutura física do hotel pareça adequada e a área de lazer seja visualmente promissora, o atendimento compromete de forma significativa a qualidade da estadia. Uma experiência muito aquém do esperado.
