The male receptionist when i arrived was rude with a 'your problem' attitude when they had only recieved a booking for 1 room from Expedia when I had booked 2 (and had the documentation to prove it) These things happen but what really disgusted me was his attitude. There was no effort to resolve the issue and after initially being told there was only one double room available, after i insisted it wasn't suitable, suddently two more singles rooms appeared. Apart from this, the rooms where tiny and very basic. It was poor even for a 2 star establishment.

Hotel bem padrão, mas pedi na recepção se poderia ficar um tempo extra após o horário do checkout pois tinha uma importante vídeo chamada que se finalizaria por volta do horário em que deveria deixar o quarto, meio dia. Ao meio dia e quinze minutos a recepção me ligou indagando se eu não deixaria o quarto, interrompendo minha reunião e logo em seguida a internet foi cortada, me fazendo cair da ligação. Não recomendo o local!

Não recomendo

Hotel que fica no limite dos jardins, início da Alameda Lorena. Antigo, reformado nos anos 90, talvez, embora com janelas antirruído no quarto, a janela do banheiro e as portas, tanto do banheiro quanto do quarto, não impedem a entrada do barulho da rua ou do corredor. Café da manhã bem simples, mas é possível fazer o seu próprio suco de laranja natural. Os demais sucos disponíveis são artificiais. Não recomendo, embora o preço e localização!

Hotel um pouco antigo, mas muito limpo, quartos bons, roupas de cama branquinhas, banheiro bom, precisa trocar o chuveiro elétrico para chuveiro a gás ou boiler, no frio a água não esquenta!! O quarto tem pouca iluminação, sugiro que troquem as lâmpadas para lâmpadas mais forte. Cortinas também precisam der lavadas. Fora isso, cama boa, café da manhã simples mas bom, funcionários maravilhosos, estacionamento pago, ao lado do hotel, excelente localização.

Lugar muito bem localizado, hotel de médio para baixo padrão, mas de muita qualidade dentro dessas características. Limpeza e conservação impecáveis. Café da manhã simples mas com opções muito diversificadas. Local para o café é pequeno mas bem arrumado. No geral, o local é ótimo para estadia, a uns 700 metros da Avenida Paulista e próximo de bons bares e restaurantes. Recomendo para quem não quer tanto luxo, e com bom valor para quem reserva com antecedência, e também para quem quer ficar bem localizado em São Paulo.

Quarto pequeno para um casal! Eu estava sozinho, mas se tivesse com mais um seria apertado. . Frigobar super barulhento! Eu tinha que desligar à noite para dormir. . O banheiro não tem ducha! É chuveiro convencional. . TV é super pequena, até engraçado. . O papel higiênico do banheiro é daqueles de folha solta, que normalmente encontramos nos banheiros de shopping ou rodoviária. . Hotel antigo, porém, o quarto é bem confortável e limpo. O banheiro também é antigo, estava limpo, só achei que a pressão da água no chuveiro não era muito boa. O atendimento foi excelente. O café da manhã na minha opinião estava ótimo, mas, a área de café é bem pequena e não comporta muita gente.
