The hotel is at a great location as there are multiple restaurants at a walking distance. They also offer breakfast which is great, the only thing that I did not like was that we were in a no smoking area, however you could notice at times a very strong cigarette smell.

Had a great stay! Location was perfect; close to many tourist attractions and the park. Was great for running and walking around. Really enjoyed the neighborhood. The pool and breakfast were great as well. Would definitely stay again!

Great location for first time visitors with a lot of aminites around (shopping mall, supermarkets and cafe. A bit far from the nearest metro (over 1 k uphill walk). Good breakfast buffet with the expected selection of food items. Room does not appear to have heat and has no control of temperature. Can be cold in cooler days with only one thin blanket stocked in the room. Overall great price for the hotel offers. BTW, no flushing of any tissue or toilet papers which may be a consideration for North American travellers.

The room key also serves as elevator access key. The magnetic strip on tbe key failed on every single occasion I attempted to use it. This is annoying—my workaround was to just take the emergency stairs. It’s doable if you are on floors 3-5 and in decent shape. Breakfast was included and it’s decent.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Transamerica Executive Jardins and would happily rate it 4 out of 5. The hotel is in a fantastic location in the Jardins area, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing everything I needed during my stay in São Paulo. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and check-in and check-out were both straightforward. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. I also found the hotel to be safe, convenient, and well-positioned for exploring the city. While there are a few areas that could benefit from some modernization and minor improvements, none of these issues detracted significantly from my overall experience. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the Transamerica Executive Jardins to anyone visiting São Paulo. It offers good value for money, a great location, and a comfortable base for exploring the city. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is stuck in the past with 30 year old décor. Rooms are big but the carpets need replacing as they give a smell already. Breakfast was fine, restaurant was not bad. Hotel is in a good area of the city. The roof terrace space is nice but the staff was completely unresponsive when we ask about turning on the sauna.
