Staff were great, helpful and friendly. Room was a bit dated but spacious and bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner was super loud though, works well but if you’re a light sleeper you may get a bit bothered by the constant noise. Breakfast was good, mostly the same menu but with some changes here and there. Pool is nice, gym is ok, mostly treadmills, if you need weight lifting equipment it may fall short as the options are really simple and limited, and not too much of the heavy weight gear either. Location is fantastic and super close to Avenida Paulista.

Enjoyed our stay in the heart of Sao Paulo

We stayed there over two consecutive weekends. The hotel is close to Avenida Paulista. Everything worked. Their dfkinition of a Continental breakfast inlcuded a vairiety of fruits, cakes, and breads, in addition to eggs and an Egg / Tapioca station

Nice location. Huge building. Dated furniture. Broken door lock, key card holder, tiny bathroom, sewage smell in the bathroom. Close to Ave paulista. Tons of restaurants in the neighborhood. Good reception staff. Electricity went out several times because of broken key card holder. Breakfast was good and included. Small pool. Outdated and gym with no weights.

Overall the location of the hotel is execellent, very close to public transportation and Avenida Paulista and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, if you are located on the lower the levels the noise from the street penetrates the window, which does not have much in regard to sound isolation - despite stating this on the room description. So if you’re a light sleeper that requires complete silence, the lower levels are definitely not for you. In our case, we were located on the 6th floor, and the sound from the street was quite loud.

It's noisy ... motorbikes revving up loudly outside the hotel every night and early morning which made sleeping difficult. some construction work being carried out at the time which unfortunately made the hotel look a mess. The bar staff are pretty helpful and friendly.
