O W São Paulo é um hotel novo e moderno, porém tive tantos problemas lá que é injustificável voltar ou recomendar. Já na chegada você sobe até o andar 24, onde tem a recepção. O checkin foi bem lento com um funcionário enrolado. Não conseguiu fazer a chave pois o sistema estava com algum problema. Me levou até meu quarto (segundo ele um upgrade) que ficava na área residencial. Para chegar lá você tem que pegar um elevador diferente. Então toda vez ao entrar ou sair do hotel você tem que pegar 2 elevadores, péssimo. O recepcionista então usou a chave dele e me deixou no quarto, de onde eu não poderia sair, já que eu não tinha chave. Pedi 2 chaves a ele. Quinze minutos depois chegou um outro rapaz com a chave. Eu peguei e disse a ele que só tinha uma, ele disse que tinham duas ali. Aí tive que mostrar para ele que só tinha uma. Manhã seguinte estava esperando uma caixa a ser entregue por um motoboy. O remetente me liga dizendo que o motoboy não consegue deixar no hotel pois meu número de apartamento não existe. Como é cedo e ainda estou na cama coloco uma roupa qualquer e desço. Pego a encomenda e aí o rapaz da entrada me explica que o apartamento seissentos e dois não exsite. Mostro minha chave para ele e aí ele diz, ah, mas é ZERO seiscentos e dois!!!!!!! Depois pedi café no quarto. Levou 58 minutos!!!! A água do banho vaza pelo box e molha a parte do vaso sanitário. No geral o hotel é bonito e o quarto bom, mas são tantos problemas que é melhor buscar outro lugar.

W São Paulo Quarto limpo, mas banheiro minúsculo e pouco funcional, com portas ruins. Às 18h o quarto ainda não estava pronto — falha grave para o padrão. Corredores com cheiro desagradável. Boa localização, porém não entrega luxo nem serviço compatíveis com o valor. Não vale o custo, salvo se a localização for prioridade.

Tive alguns imprevistos com os pratos servidos no room Service mas o gerente Felipe foi muito gentil e se desculpou pelo ocorrido e alguns restaurantes aqui também falham um pouco na comunicação e no serviço! O serviço na piscina também é um pouco precário porque não tem serviço de piscina eficiente na minha opinião mas o restaurante Baio por exemplo fui super bem atendida pelo Daniel! Acho que por ser um hotel cinco estrelas deveria ter alguns detalhes a serem ajustados.
