“Unfortunately for me I came the day before the big fire at the next door resort. I originally booked 2 nights but could only stay 1 because we had to evacuate the building and leave because the fire was really close to us and was becoming a threat. The property however is beautiful and the views are great the rooms however were a lil outdated the bathroom door was all messed up paint peeling off and also the mirror was rusty and outdated, they were no blankets in the room just a plane sheet it...

“Front desk was super accommodating and was able to get us checked in a few hours earlier than expected. They were friendly, helpful and the room was so clean and modern. The european energy saving amenties and fixtures were a first for us and we loved it!”

“Terrible liquor selection, bars were not stocked up and there was nothing available. Bartenders were extremely slow and most didn’t know how to make anything. Beverage manager needs to be replaced with someone with more knowledge and do better job hiring bar staff. For was good but inconsistent. Rooms were kept clean at all hours. This resort is at an awesome location and has the potential to be great. Paying extra to be prefer did not see any difference from prefer to regular, buffet was...

“Nos encantó el.servicio del personal, especialmente de su Gerente Johan, de Ramonita en Recepción, de Edgar Quezada en el Bufete y el de Ismael qué nos atendió en la cena romántica. Además de todo el equipo que compone el servicio al cliente. Un Hotel muy acogedor con unas vistas y atardeceres espectaculares. Lo recomiendo.”
