Otelin lokasyonu güzeldi ve otel çalışanları güler yüzlüydü. Ancak otel bakımsızdı, havuz kenarındaki ahşaplarda kırıklar vardı, hatta bazı yerlerde paslı çiviler açıktaydı. Mutfak lavabosu altı akıtıyordu ve yerdeki parkeler bu yüzden şişmişti, koltuk ayakları ve su ısıtma cihazının kapağı kırıktı. Mutfakta herhangi bir ocak mevcut değildi. Havuz kenarındaki şemsiye tamamen kırıktı. Bahçedeki barbekü aşırı kirliydi. İnternet yoktu. Tatilin en iyi tarafı havuzun temizliği ve ısıtmasıydı. Yatak, koltuklar ve banyo temizdi.

Çekirdek aile için ideal bir alternatif

Otel güzel bir manzara ve geniş bir havuza sahipti. Kahvaltı hem göze hem damak tadına uygun aile samimiyeti ile sunum aldık. Bungalov biraz aile için küçük geldi bize. Küçük eksiklikler vardı ancak genelde ulaşım, dinlenme ve kendinize vakit ayırabilecek bir mola yeri oldu. Teşekkürler.

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, la casetta è esattamente come descritta e la pulizia è ok. Ho apprezzato davverp che anticipassero la.colazione apposta per noi. Però la struttura non è assolutamente dove il sito la riporta, bensì a 5 km dalla Città e dal lago. È inportante saperlo per chi, come noi, voleva restare non lontano dai servizi e dal lago. Se invece cerchi qualcosa più isolato va benissimo.

Otel genel olarak huzurlu, kafa dağıtılabilecek bir yer. Şuan odaların tamamına jakuzi de ekleniyormuş. Güzel bir artı olur. Ancaaaak, bungalovların içinde detaylı temizlik yapılmamış. Her taraf böcek ve örümcek ağlarıyla dolu. İnsan o tavanı duvar kenarlarını, örümcek ağlarını hiç temizlemez mi? Hijyen sıfır. Koltuklar da yıkanmamış uzun süre halılar da. Halı ve koltuk kir ve pire yuvası. Her yerim kaşınmaya başladı birkaç saat içinde. Pireler ısırıp duruyordu. Yani temizlik en büyük eksik. Adam gibi temizlik yaparsanız yer gayet güzel sayılır. Diğer sorun ise şu ki, odaya kahvaltı servisi yazıyordu otel kurallarında, otele girişte görevli bayan kahvaltıyı yarın getiririz dedi odaya. Öbür gün aradık yoğunuz getiremeyiz dedi. İndik restorana mecbur. Bir baktık ki yoğunluk yok. 4 masanın sadece bir tanesi dolu, 3 tanesi boştu. Personeli hizmet acziyetine sahip. Hizmet vermeyi beceremiyor. Yalan söylüyor. Büyük eksiklik bu…

Konaklama sahibi Arda bey çok kibar ve ilgiliydi. Varmadan önce klimayı açtırdık. Herhangi bir problemle karşılaşmadık. Görseldeki ve anlatılanlar gibiydi. Çalışan Firuze hanım eli epey becerikli, kahvaltı ve yemek gayet iyiydi. Dışarda yemek yemeye hiç gerek yok.Hatta aşure de ikram ettiler. Odaya serviste yapıyorlar. Biz memnun kaldık. Tekrar gider miyiz? Evet.
