We book the apartment for our stay and it was the best option, there is privacy in between the apartments so it was very comfortable for us. Only downside I can remember is that the pool closes at 7pm, and we didn’t have access to the infinity pool on the rooftop and just find out this when we arrived.

Grand hôtel appartement avec des prix exorbitants ! Parking pas sur d’avoir de la place même si vous le payez. Depuis la réception à la chambre où nous étions il nous fallait en tout cas 10 min… les ascenseurs que 1 par tour avec une attente à ne pas en finir ! Plage autant dire qu’il y en a pas ! Caillou avec des pseudo terrasse en bois mais avec des lames qui sont cassées, bien pour ce tordre les pieds ! Enfin le déjeuné noté 5 euro par personnes sur le site ebookers et sur place 15 euro personne, du vol pour ce que vous mangez. Je n’y retournerais plus jamais !

most beautiful apartment n great view - most things were closed but it was ok for us. pitty the pool was closed but they were nice and gave us free parkering and cleaning every day like a hotel so it was ok. probably great in summer with everything open

FALSE ADVERTISING We had reserved a two bedroom apartment and advertised images showed a spacious, modern flat. Once we got there the apartment was nothing like the pictures; it was cramped, dingy, and overall uncomfortable to be in. The apartment had a moldy/earthy smell in it and the furniture provided was only a small sofa. The beds and mattresses were very wobbly as if they were broken or damaged. No blankets were given for the beds. The doors didn’t lock either so anyone who wanted to get in could get in. There was no vault to keep valuables safe. The bathroom had a sewage smell and there was no hot water for the shower. We then asked the staff why our apartment is nothing like the one we booked online we were met with aggressive attitudes and no answers to our questions. The resort itself did not provide you with any pool towels and other small amenities. If you wanted it you had to pay extra. We planned on staying two nights but left after the first and after we asked for our money back on the second night they refused to give refunds or did anything to help accommodate us. Also you have to pay for parking. The entire Sarandë experience was ruined by this hotel This was a terrible horrible awful excuse of a hotel

Fint hotellområde och bra läge men spelar otroligt hög musik vid poolen så där kan man knappt ligga.. Hade ”serviced appartment”, trasig toasits och ganska tråkig lägenhet precis vid poolen så det var fullt ös utanför hela dagen och kvällen. Maten på hotellet är inget vidare tyvärr.

Hotellet uppfyller inte sin standard!

hotellanläggningen är mycket fin och modern, lägenheten vi bodde i var ok men rätt mörk. Spisen fungerade inte 3 av 6 dagar, vilket vi påtalade direkt, alla sa att det skulle åtgärdas nästa dag, samma visa alla 3 dagar. Efter mycket irritation och antal klagomål i receptionen åtgärdade de vårt kök. Som kompensation fick vi 1 frukost och tillgång vid 1 tillfälle i deras pool på taket, väl vid utnyttjandet så fanns inte den informationen och personen som lovat detta var inte heller på plats, ytterligare diskussioner behövdes för att få utnyttja kompensationen. Rummet städades inte heller varje dag och inga nya handdukar fick vi. Stopp i avloppet och saknad toalettsits. Väl vid utcheckning kontrollerade de dock att allt var i sin ordning men tydligen inte innan de hyrde ut lägenheten. Oprofessionellt bemötandet och det förtog en hel del av vistelsen att behöva hå till hotell receptionen dagligen för att påtala samma sak om och om igen.

Ok kokemus, huoneistossa pieniä puutteita

Pidin hotellin uima-altaasta (altaalla myös baari), mutta huoneiston keittiön varustelutaso oli pettymys. Myös valaistus huoneistossa oli todella ankea ja kylpyhuoneen sähköasennukset näyttivät suorastaan hengenvaarallisilta. Ulko-ovessa oli jonkin edellisen asiakkaan tekemä reikä. Ensimmäinen reaktioni nähdessäni huoneen oli ”en halua jäädä tänne”. Ilmastointi toimi (ilmalämpöpumput olohuoneessa ja makuuhuoneessa), mutta valitettavasti toisen ilmastointilaitteen kaukosäädin oli jossain hukassa. Huoneistossa ei ollut myöskään minkäänlaista huonekansiota, josta olisi voinut tutustua hotellin eri palveluihin ja niiden hintoihin. Hotellissa oli ystävällinen palvelu, joskaan siivoojien kanssa ei löytynyt yhteistä kieltä. Hotelli ei sovellu mielestäni liikuntaesteisille, paljon portaita. Lähistöltä löytyy ihan hyviä ravintoloita.

It was a great stay, but I don't think it's okay for the receptionists to call their family/friends to drive the guests for some "fixed prices" that were more expensive than the regular taxi drivers... The food in the restaurant was expensive but good. They were fixing two of the outdoor pools when I was there, didn't hear about that before we went there, so two of the days we couldn't swim.

Great view and beautiful hotel

I really liked the big apartments with beautiful seaview and the hotel area was really great! I was a bit dissapointed of the service when check-in etc, but since Albania is new to tourists i didn't expect too much. The cleaning was not good either - only two day a week and the cleaners didnt have their own key. Overall a great stay though! I don't think you can find anything better in Albania!

Buen hotel mal gestionado.

Incómodo por las cuestas para niños y personas mayores. El desayuno, carísimo (5 € por persona) para lo poco que ofrecían: sucio, no quedaba nada media hora antes del cierre del horario ... Playa minúscula. Todo en obras y constantemente reparando la depuradora de la piscina. Atención de la recepción superior mejorable. No te aseguran el cambio de divisa (?) Por lo demás, bien situado, habitación-apartamento cómodo y limpio.

Hotellet er under bygging, men gir et flott inntrykk. Det meste er ferdig. Nye utsmykningsdetaljer hver dag. Noe støy på morgenen, i forhold til bygging, men ikke sjenerende. Litt dårlig engelskkunnskaper. Renhold svikta de første fire dagene!!! Men ble veldig bra etterpå. Rene omgivelser gjorde at manglende gulvvask ikke ble problem. Vi kjøpte eget dopapir, litt dårlig med påfyll. Fikk rene håndklær på forespørsel. Stor og fin leilighet, vi var de første som bodde i den... måtte vente på å få ta den i bruk. Veldig gode senger! Flott bad. Grei gåavstand til byen, litt tiggere og trange fortau på veien, men en del av opplevelsen det også. 35 kroner med taxi til sentrum. Gode parkeringsforhold i innendørs garasje med vakt. Fint utgangspunkt for utflukter med bil eller buss. Veldig rimelig å leve i Albania. Fine strender nordover. Stranda på hotellet var ikke til å skryte av, men grei nok til avkjøling. Flere basseng. Rolig atmosfære. Anbefales!

Purtroppo siamo arrivati fuori stagione con importanti lavori di ristrutturazione del complesso (ma le camere erano in ottime condizioni), alcuni servizi pubblicizzati non erano disponibili, il responsabile ha fatto però di tutto per alleviare i disagi e rimediare al disappunto. Ci torneremmo volentieri a lavori terminati

Great potential

Our stay did not start well, with nobody on reception and difficulty accessing a room, followed by no wifi. However, our situation was escalated and all was redeemed with an apology, room upgrade and a free night. Most impressed. The apartment was divine, fabulous views. This a large resort under construction but we were in the completed section and no noise at all. There are a few minor things which need to be added eg bins, kitchen utensils, but the comfy sofas made up for this! Make sure you organise access on arrival and will be worth the effort.
