Picked this place for location. But it’s outdated and an older hotel. Staff barely speaks English but were VERY friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was great. Nice pool in the property. Restaurant/bar next door with night time karaoke if you’re in to that. AC worked GREAT. Rooms were spacious but need updating. The bathroom lacked a mirror, so ladies must use the mirror in the bedroom area. But great price and if you’re only there to sleep, worth it. Great location close to other sight seeing areas.

Water leaking from the ceiling. No coffee maker or glasses for drinking water. Bathroom was dirty. Freezer in the room was also dirty. Wifi worked great. Staff very nice but did not speak English.

Je cherchais un hébergement a sarapiqui, j' ai louer 3 chambre car ma famille es nombreuses, nous avons eu deux chambres bien situé et propre et nous avons aimé le déjeuner pris en extra. Il y a une des chambres cependant qui était située dans le bars au dessusu des toilettes,très bruyant cet emplacement. Nous avons aussi pris le service de buanderie et mes filles ont profité de la piscine, belle place, c'est certain que certaines installations ont de l'âge,ont voit des pierres manquante dans la piscine,des fente sur le béton..mais que des détails,ont a aimé notre séjour et juste a coté il y a un tour de chocolat très intéressant

La chambre qui nous a été attribuée n'avait pas d'eau chaude et quand la réceptionniste a voulu nous changer nous avons atterri dans une chambre où il y avait plein d'insectes morts (blattes, chenilles, vers) sous et sur les lits ! Retour immédiat à la chambre sans eau chaude dont les murs étaient dégoûtants. De plus, la chambre était pleine de moustiques. L'hôtel propose un service de laverie mais la réceptionniste ne nous a jamais donné les prix. Au moment du paiement elle a voulu nous faire payer 15 dollars la machine. Hôtel trop cher pour le service fournit. Je recommande de travailler sur la propreté des lieux et les relations avec le client.

Room was out dated……no hot water in the shower. Beautiful rain forest surroundings…..saw a few Hummingbirds…..heard loud sounds from monkeys deep in the forest. Enjoyed watching the local people at the pool area. Very friendly local guests next door to us….they shared their breakfast.

Great hotel, but my room had some issues.

Everything about this hotel was great, except for a broken shower-heat heater. The water here is much colder than other Latin American hotels, so this resulted in truly icy showers.
