Well when I first checked in the man at the counter was VERY rude then I get to my room and low an behold a dirty q-tip on the floor, garbage and the tub wouldn’t drain. Moral of the tale it’s was disgusting so I had the room switched and that one didn’t even have a tv remote the cabinet draw didn’t have a bottom In it. I will never stay there again.

Possibly the worst hotel we’ve stayed at. I have numerous photos of mold and mildew and even roaches in our room. The staff was never at the desk which I also took photos of. They allowed us only two towels and one washcloth for three people the entire stay. Oh, and one small bottle of shampoo and a bar of hand soap . No blow dryer. People (un housed) sleeping in front of the hotel and next to cars in the parking lot. Smelled like weed inside the entire hotel. Don’t stay here.

The staff is very nice. The room was clean. The biggest issue is the smell. The hallways smell horrible. It's noticeable as soon as you walk in the front door. It smells like a sewage leak covered by the smell of cleaning products.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews…but: 1. Past the small lobby to the elevators the whole area smelled like laundry gray/sewer water.very unpleasant 2. TV was on in my room when I walked in, but there was no remote to be found. Couldn’t change the channel. 3. Wanted some ice to cool my drinks down and walked all over 2 floors looking for a machine. Made my way to the front desk only to find out that the hotel has no ice machine.!! 4. The worst part of the stay were the four roaches that I killed in the room. Two in the bathroom and two near the bed. I have pictures and videos. Clearly there were more if I had seen that many in such a short period of time. Will NOT being staying here again when I come down for business, which is frequent.

Room had multiple cockroaches crawling all around, shower didn’t work completely, room had mold on shower door as well off putting smell throughout entire hotel. The gym lights don’t stay on so after 1 minute they automatically turn off as well as it’s an extremely small gym even for hotel standards.

Went to Sarasota for my kids rowing tournament. All places to stay in the area were around the $500 a night range. I found this place for less than half that and took a chance. I was nervous about what it would look like being so inexpensive. Good location, clean rooms and a great welcome by the staff. The only complaint was that the TV was not a smart TV and I couldn’t stream any movies. Not much of a complaint.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. They charge a fee just to check in early, and the rooms smell terrible. The bathroom odor was absolutely disgusting. I was so uncomfortable that I ended up leaving and checking out early. I’ve never left a hotel feeling this upset and disappointed before. Do not book.
