“Stay away from this hotel. Very poor service, staff was rude. Front door did not latch unless you pulled it shut, definite safety issue. Was charged $87.20 for "incidentals". Was told that incidentals were if we smoked in the room or left stains on the towels, we did neither. Was not given any reason as to why we were charged. I called and left a message asking why but have not received a call back. Would never stay at this hotel again.”
