Room was spotless. The wi-fi was iffy due to the number of people staying at the hotel and using it, as was explained to us by the very polite and competent man who came to try to get Netflix for us. He succeeded. The lobby was nicely appointed with bar, restaurant, fireplace, comfy chairs, etc. It was a nice surprise that Starbucks is in the same area and everyone we dealt with was very pleasant.

Breakfast was NOT included, there was no safe in the room, there was no housekeeping on New Years Day, which we were not told of, the price stayed the same per night tho. Which ment no extra waters, coffee, towels, etc….. Overall, the hotel was clean, and the beds comfortable.

the location was convenient. I do not like the room cleaning schedule. While the room was to be cleaned every other day, food was left in the fridge from the previous occupant and we had trouble closing our curtains. So, a couple of times, they did a refresh, and only once in 5 days was the room really cleaned and the beds made. The little breakfast place was well done, and the front desk staff were great.

Bet on this one!

After hospitality agita elsewhere I booked this on the last race wknd of the season. Kora and Bri at the front desk were friendly, helpful & made check-in a breeze. Guest relations Mgr also seriously helpful. This was so refreshing after a long day. Forget hotels close to the track. This is the place to stay. And there's a frequent free shuttle to Broadway and the track. Can't ask for more. Thank you!

Good but room wasn’t restocked

The room was nice but had 2 tissues left in the box with no refill box and a quarter roll of toilet paper with no refills. We had to call. Seemed like when getting it ready it wasn’t properly stocked. The AC was hard to figure out. It’s a very nice property and in a great location.

Bree was wonderful at the front desk at check and throughout our stay. Bree seem to be working all the time well, sweet lady. The hotel looked fairly fresh but some attention could be paid to cleanliness in the pool and hot tub area. For a 5 night stay we had our room serviced only one time - not great. The gym needed cleaning it was never even vacuumed- I clean up some debris once as I could take it being there day after day. The property could be better cleaned and cared for. Nice people working there however!

Great hotel for all! Walkable to town, for stores, restaurants etc etc. During horse racing season a free trolley bus service from the hotel to the race track is a great bonus! Also during race season, a bistro for evening dining, indoors or outdoors! Champagne on arrival, small indoor swim pool, and outdoor fire pits all added to our hotel fun!
