This hotel is in a great location. The staff is friendly, The room was adequate. The hotel itself, however, is in desperate need of a facelift. It looks as though its heyday was in 1978. But the worst part about it was the breakfast in the hotel Cafe Bistro. The fried eggs weren't done. The potatoes tasted like dust, and the bacon was limp and lousy. I couldn't eat it. And for the two of us (my husband and me), it cost $45.

I had a meeting in this hotel. It was very convenient to get to shopping and dining. Many rooms for the meetings. Bathrooms were clean and ample. Food service was excellent. Staff was super nice and accomodating.

Extremely thin walls. Loud parties in multiple rooms. Doors slamming, people screaming in hallways, people having loud sex. I called the front desk three times & no change. Sink drips and I took a shower in ankle deep water. Unacceptable!

Location was great. Late night food wasn’t bad. Staff friendly. As for the room….liked that it had microwave and fridge and updated shower. But. The shower drain was slow and the water pooled almost overflowing. There wasn’t really anywhere to hang towels. We had a missing wall mirror across from closet. The carpeting could’ve been cleaned better- there were white crusty globs in a couple spots and red stain in another area. The pool was quite cold for an indoor pool.

Room and accommodations were comfortable but the restaurant wasn’t open for lunch. Since I stayed in February it was too cold to go out. I had to use DoorDash.

Not worth the price
To start, the staff was excellent (except for one person I'll explain in a minute)--very friendly and attentive. We had breakfast at the Bistro (great staff but overpriced mediocre food agreed upon by my entire party--we would have been better off going to a local diner). Then we got to our room, opened the door to encounter a musty smelling room with VERY little extras--no water bottles or tea or types of sweeteners for our tiny coffee cups. The view of the air conditioner units didn't help either. Yes, these are minor complaints, but for $368 a night, I expected more. The most annoying part was in the morning, I went to the lobby for a real coffee which cost $3 (again, I've been to much-less expensive hotels, and there was always free coffee in the morning). I finished it there, and before I went back to my room, I went to refill my paper cup, and the woman at the check in desk asked me what my room number was (with the intent to charge me), and I said, 'Oh, I'm just refilling the coffee cup I already bought.' And she coldly responded, 'It's still $3 a cup.' SERIOUSLY?!?!?!? I handed her cash without a word or smile, but I should have just left the cup on the counter. This hotel was NOT worth the price I paid, and I would not recommend it.

What to work on
I was a little disappointed. Overall, the room was nice. However, the bathroom needed some TLC along with some maintenance issues. The handle to the door of the patio only had one screw and it was loose. The bathroom didn't have a functioning exhaust fan. When the mirror all steamed up, I took a wash cloth to wipe it down. There was a ton of dust on the top of the mirror frame and the glass was all dirty. The shower curtain rod was just straight instead of one of the curved ones, so it felt very tiny. Also, there was no way to just turn on the fan in the HVAC unit. We had a street side room and I would have liked to drown out some of the road noise.

Great hotel at the beginning of the strip. Needs a bit of a freshen up, but overall a great hotel. Front desk not very friendly. Parking for a fee.

The room itself, although, very clean, is rundown. The ceiling is stained, and the curtains are torn. I mistakenly got out on the first floor and found the exit door is locked from the outside. That concerns me. Terrible fire danger to have an exit door locked. The people are all very nice, and the room was immaculate. Comfortable bed. Just feels a little rundown.
