"excellent service. 12 min walk from the train station. staff were lovely. nice continental breakfast. room is very compact but considering the only thing i did in it was sleep, it was perfect. all in all a great budget friendly hotel"

"Have a great stay in this hotel! The location is walkable from train station and nearby Coop is convenient for quick purchase. Received Lucerne guest card before the stay. Room is clean. Only a minor feedback is pillow is too soft for my preference. Would stay here again"
