The location is amazing, right at the end of the beach so you are close to everything but not in the busy zone. The rooms are good and the breakfast really good as well as the hospitality. The only thing I missed were a pool specially when travelling with kids.

The villa was so beautiful! The private outdoor rain shower was amazing!! The beach was nice with crystal clear water but too many boats and ferries. The sunset beach is a 10 min walk and it was quiet with white sand and turquoise water! Breakfast was superb and the tables are right on the beach. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect

Great beach relax

Great location. No pool but you don’t need it. Straight onto the beach for snorkeling and just beach swimming. Beautiful powdery sand. Cocktails are great. Breakfast is also good. Rooms with outdoor shower are authentic. Beds are super comfy.

The location is perfect, staff is above and beyond helpful and knowledgeable, the only thing that I had issues with is the doors having a gap in areas that allow mosquitoes inside, my son is higher allergic, they tried very hard to help by spraying because we couldn't change rooms till the next day, everything worked out!Staffing exceptional!

Amazing little property. Perfect location. Beautiful beach. Friendliest staff ever. Great food. Amazing tropical beach bar. Tasty breakfast (try the pancakes with Nutella!). I'll definitely be back and stay here again. I stayed on both sides of the island and actually prefer Pattaya Beach. It's more expansive and nicer to walk along. Enjoy!!

Solo Beach Break

Great location with direct access to Pattaya Beach, great big rooms with amazing beds and outdoor bathroom and great TV. Overall the whole place feels a bit tired and needs an update particularly the bar and beach areas where breakfast served, menus even so faded couldn’t read - nobody really eats and drinks here because a bit sad…staff are very nice and helpful seems a shame given the location and views

Right on the beach. Well trained and nice staff. Points for improvement: WiFi (very weak and unreliable signal) and restaurant menu (insipid food adapted to internacional clientele). Unfortunately, although the nicest beach on Lipe, this time we found it dirtier than usual and with construction work.

The resort is lovely and the scenery is amazing, best looking garden on the island with gorgeous palms everywhere. It’s located right on Pattaya beach, but on the west end of it so it’s more quiet. The staff is nice, even the infamous Fang, mentioned in many reviews, is trying her best to smile. Breakfast has enough options (omelettes, eggs & sausages, muesli, thai food) and is made on request so it’s always fresh, and the restaurant also offers meals during the day with good prices&quality. The bungalow with a sea view we had was good size and comfortable, but it would need some fixing up, such as the door not fully closing, the curtains are about to fall down etc. But the bathroom is the main thing that needs to be renovated, as it looks very old and not clean. We got new water, toilet paper and towels every day, and also some beach towels. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here.

The resort was slightly above are expectations location fantastic breakfast and food around the bar area extremely good staff friendly even humorous a lovely place to stay I would avoid the hotel just down the beach for food and some places on walking street simply a bad idea for service and more so quality Stick to the hotel

It is located in a quiet part of Pattaya Beach on Koh Lipe, with a lot of nice local boats to see. The water in the sea is very clean here, with just small waves and it's not deep, which makes it great for families with small children. Their breakfast are ok, but overally the restaurant is a little bit more expensive, although they have a great variety of drinks and cocktails. Overally, I can rate this stay as 5* for us. We had a great time there and maybe we can return in the future.

Good resort, oily beach

I like the free breakfast. Even though only 5 selections to choose from, the quality and taste were above my expectations. Loved our room/chalet beside the beach. Size was adequate for 3 persons without feeling crowded. Great open air bathroom. Only downside was the beach, many rubbish and has oil sludge in the sand. Ruined all our sandals!

Great staff and location. Close enough to the busy walking street but far enough to not have swarms of people passing by. Staying anywhere on the beach front you will be dealing with a bit of thumping base from the bars. This didn’t go on too late so was a terrible bother. Snorkeling steps from our room, the good hamburgers which gave off a break from rice and noodles and good bartenders made this hotel one of our favorites!

Lots of things broken or in need of repair. Shower didn't work. No hot water in the sink. Staff was very good and friendly. Location is great. Close to walking street, but far enough from the bars to be quiet.

The premise is really nice as its on a beach stretch so when you walk out, youre greeted beautiful scenery, you get to have breakfast by the beach as well and the premise is well maintained externally. Stayed in the garden view type. Exterior is beautiful and interior wise is also decent. However, the first room we got , the water heater wasnt working. So we asked to switch to another room, which while water heater was working. The toilet smells pungent like sewer water or farts every time you flush . Staff wise service, are okay, but could improve on hospitality coz they look nearly always unhappy at their jobs, which doesnt give very welcoming vibes for a hotel, which is very different from other hotels where my other friends experienced which are even cheaper. But overall, it's still a pleasant stay.
