The best things about this resort are the location and the staff. Sabrina on reception is always smiling and cheerful. She has "magic fingers" which repairs things. Sitaram Streatham is an outstanding waiter in the restaurant. He is very attentive but also very knowledgeable about local wildlife. ...

Sauraha is one of my favourite places in Nepal, it gets you really close to nature with a perfect mix. Or wildlife and scenic beauty. Sitting by the riverside or playing with elephants or just going on a jungle safari, everything is worth your time.
