“I never received the service, the owner answered me 3 hours late, I never did "check in" for a terrible little room that he offered me that's not what I paid for. When he gave me the wrong room he sent me to another that smell that gas obviously we didn't stay in any room. (Husband, child and I) we run away looking for another safe place to stay. The host were extremely accommodating even with us only using the unit for a few hours. They helped us get a taxi after 10pm on the 4th of July while traffic was still very busy from the fireworks show. The property had the most adorable feline security guard.”

“The lady at the resort was very nice and helpful with everything that we needed. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook, pots, pans, cooking equipment and a natural gas stove. The property description said there were shuttles to a variety of places including beaches, shopping malls, etc., but when we got there and inquired about them, we were told that there were no shuttles. We did not rent a car, and we chose this property, in part, because of the shuttles that were advertised.
