The staff at the hotel were great! The toilet and shower are in separate rooms. The shower room has a glass door which meant we woke eachother up when we turned on the light. The valet parking was convenient and safe.

We were in town for a quick getaway last week. Location was perfect - right in the Historic District and walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Staff was lovely and accommodating. They stored my bag prior to check-in time, and after check-out time. due to our flight arrival/departure times. Room was clean and AC worked - no complaints. Would stay again!

The whole downtown area of Savannah had the internet out for 3 days, so check in took longer than usual, but they were very organized. The staff was super friendly. The room was great (especially the A/C)! The shower leaked, but not a big deal.

Expedia booked the wrong rooms for us when we arrived…..bummer and shame on EXPEDIA. Thankfully Jermaine at Springhill Suites Savannah righted the wrong of Expedia and got us in the KING bed room we booked with Expedia on our second and third nights. The staff at Springhill Suites went above and beyond during our stay! I will stay with them again but will NOT book with Expedia in the future.
