“The breakfast menu was very limited. Sausage gravy was cold. Waffles were good. Nice view of the lake, but the rooms and property overall is very dated. Staff was pleasant.”

“I stayed here to get to know the town of Clarksville. I had read an article in Southern Living magazine about the 18 best lake towns in the South. Clarksville, for sure is one of them. With all of the wonderful shops and eateries along Virginia Avenue there was plenty to see and do. I just wish I had time to get out on the water. “Clean room and easy parking and good ac”

“We had a wonderful experience at this property. A lovely older home with loads of charm. Located in the town’s historic district, it was easy to walk to a local restaurant for dinner. The owner provided clear and easy to understand instructions. It had everything we needed and would happily stay here again.”

“We could not sleep because there was a mouse jumping around in the room! Also, we couldn’t change the thermostat temperature in the room as it needed a security code to change it. The host was nice and talked with us the whole time we had our breakfast. The dutch breakfast was simple and unique. ”

“Beds were comfortable a the main room was clean. However the bathroom was not the cleanest. Shower hadn’t been fully cleaned and there is terrible water pressure. The AC worked well but was incredibly loud at certain times. Would wake us up each night. Staff was absolutely incredible and very kind. ”
