"With multiple other hotels surrounding this property. Save your money and book the motel 6 for a better experience. The pool is ALWAY LOCKED. Pillows, bring your own. Also bring bleach for the tub if you need to shower. Oh and if you value white socks bring slippers or wear your shoes because your socks will be BLACK on the bottom. Our alarm clock had exposed wires and was flashing the time & forget calling the front desk, the phones are just props and have no cord connected. If you have any back issues or enjoy sleeping with pillows bring your own or something expect to feel like your camping on a cot. Lastly if the “breakfast buffet” caught your intention, also plan on getting your own breakfast unless a bagel, yogurt, dry cereal (unless you are supposed to use creamer meant for the coffee), or have the skills and knowledge to make a mini waffle (with time for cleaning) because there are no directions and no one around to ask but it is mandatory to clean (per the only sign out). Lasts it is wild to me that they charge a refundable $100 deposit for each stay. Ironic that you think I will damage something when the room was knowingly have falling apart and dirty before I even entered the city. Highly misrepresented on this site, glad I took videos and photos so hopefully Expedia can give you a transparent look at what you will get at this hotel. "

"Easy check in. Loved the happy hour and breakfast"

"Has a full kitchen but no kitchen items to use for it. No pots and pans, silverware, plates, cups, nothing. The bed frame was super squeaky. I had to leave mid way through the stay because they had no running hot water and the staff advised the general manager was refusing refunds for that day because there was still water even though it wasn’t hot. Then while attempting to fix that they had 0 running water which is when I left. The water issues started my second night but was only allowed a refund for one night, which was for the day after I checked out early. Staff was nice though and it was clean."

"The woman with the sassy headband was very cool and friendly! As for the property, it needed a little TLC and cleanliness. Grab and go breakfast is the offering - so do be aware. Was also told I couldn’t have any additional pillows from front desk. On a positive note, they allowed me to extend my checkout over the phone which was appreciated. It was what we expected for just under $100."

"Due to some noise issues, that was not the fault of the hotel, they moved me to a different room. Awesome staff!"

"Parking was ok. The room needs updating, that we had. You get what you pay for. Small bathroom, low toilet, one bug in room. The bed was ok, but summer cover it was cool out, not a good night sleep. The sheet had some kind stain on it and one face cloth for two. They did bring up one more wash cloth. The Roof needs a makeover. "

"We checked in and when we got to our room, it was not the room I reserved. It was a smaller room for our 7 people. They didn’t tell me the had changed my reservation. The couldn’t accommodate us with anything bigger. Staff didn’t seem to care at the inconvenience to us. Very disappointing experience. I asked for a discount price, but the said I had to go through Expedia."

"The breakfast was amazing! So much variety and fresh items. Turkey bacon and plant based sausage for those with dietary restrictions. The staff were very friendly and helpful and kept everything very clean and organized. Our shower didn’t drain very well and a smell came from the bathroom because of it I think but other than that it was a great place to stay. Highly recommend for a family of 6 for one room with the pull out couch great for kids. "
