Great location. Friendly staff. Amazing view from room. Good breakfast - but note you have to sit at a designated table. Hotel a little tired. One thing we didn’t like was the “open plan” bathroom.

鍵を開けると先客がいて、次のチェンジした部屋にも先客がいて、3回目に案内された部屋は工事中のフロアの1室で、他リノベの最中。物置状態の中に宿泊。割引も謝る事なく偉そうなオーナーの態度に気分悪くなりました。日本では考えられない待遇でした。そんな事がなければ良いと思います。

Lovely location and great stay

We loved the hotel, great rooms, changed to a north facing one without any problem because of the noise of revelers on our room side. All nothing a problem atall would definitely return.

Hlučný hotel s dobrým jídlem ale špatným wellness

rozmanitá bufetová snídaně večeře kombinace bufetu - předkrmy, saláty, dezerty + servírovaný hlavní chod některé dny skupiny studentů komplikovaly přístup k jídlům z bufetu rušení nočního klidu v pokoji orientovaném na hlavní ulici - křik opilců kolem hotelu welness na nízké úrovni, ze 3 saun funkční jen finská, ostatní nepoužitelné! absence whirpool relaxace!!!

Hotel mit Macken

Rezeption: Sehr freundliche Begrüßung. Das Upgrade auf Halbpension kostete 10 € bei Direktbuchung. Bei der Buchung über ein Portal kostet das Upgrade 15 €. Service: Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Speiseangebot: Das Essen war gut bis sehr gut. Das Frühstück war gut aber auch übersichtlich. Jeden Tag das gleiche Angebot. An zwei Tagen wurde der Speisesaal von einer Busgruppe dominierte. Das Personal kam mit dem Nachfüllen nicht mehr nach. Biergarten: Der Biergarten ist durch eine lebhaft befahrene Straße vom Hotel getrennt. Zimmer: Bei den Zimmern haben wir wohl die schlechtesten Zimmer im Hotel erwischt. Die Einrichtung war alt (Schätzung 30 bis 40 Jahre). Die Betten knarrten sehr heftig. Vom Balkon im zweiten Stock konnten wir direkt auf den Eingang und die Terrasse des Brück`n Stadels schauen. Die Lärmbelästigung war entsprechend. Vor dem Einschlafen (ca. 23:00) musste man die Entscheidung treffen entweder bei offenem Fenster mit frischer Luft und Lärmbelästigung oder geschlossenem Fenster mit geringer Lärmbelästigung aber ohne Frischluft zu schlafen. Das Bad hatte eine sehr kleine Dusche. Es war für mich kaum möglich (Gewicht 98 kg) mich in dieser Dusche zu bewegen und vernünftig zu duschen. Mit dem Begriff Komfortzimmer hatte dieses Zimmer nichts zu tun. Fazit: Bei der Buchung sollte man unbedingt darauf bestehen, ein renoviertes Zimmer zu erhalten.

Great complimentary spa in the hotel!

Miguel started off with a wonderful welcome at the Front Desk. The location was perfect for walking around the village and for walking access to the lifts. The complimentary spa with foot soaking baths was phenomenal after an all day tour of the mountain via snowboarding! I highly recommend this place!

Trevligt hotell, hade halvpension. Frukost utmärkt, middag OK. Mycket mat och stor variation men huvdrätten inte alltid på topp - men ändå OK. Hiss fanns, bar fanns, personalen gjorde verkligen sitt bästa för att vi skulle trivas. De andra gästerna var inte så roliga men man har inte tur med allt. Bra läge nära kabinbana. Skidrum. Parkering gratis. Riktigt bra då!

Best Location

The hotel is very close to the major cable car accesses at the resort as well as to the center of the town. Breakfast is great! All the staff were kind, cheerful and flexible. Wi-Fi access was not super fast, but in a good condition. I would probably come back to this hotel for the next time at the resort.
