Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was drastically different from what we expected. The images online were quite deceptive, and the actual property did not reflect what was advertised. The shower was exceptionally small—even by European standards—which made it nearly impossible for my husband (6’4”) to use comfortably. When we requested alternative accommodations, the staff gave us the runaround and declined our offer to pay extra for a room with a larger shower. We ultimately had to book and pay for another hotel altogether. That said, one bright spot was Jake in the restaurant—his warm and attentive service truly stood out and is the only reason we rated the hotel slightly higher.

Ich habe im Sommer ein paar sehr angenehme Tage im Parkhotel Fritz am Brunnen verbracht. Mein Zimmer im dritten Stock war sauber, das Bett sehr bequem, und trotz der Jahreszeit war die Temperatur im Raum angenehm. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass ich mit meinem Hund gereist bin – das Hotel ist absolut hundefreundlich. Direkt am Hotel gibt es einen angebundenen Garten, der sich ideal für kleine Spaziergänge eignet. Das Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant war ausgezeichnet, und auch das Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen war völlig ausreichend und frisch. Das gesamte Personal war durchgehend freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend – man fühlt sich hier willkommen. Ich komme gern wieder!

Alles steht und fällt mit dem Service!

Unfreundlicher und nicht gut geschulter Rezeptionist !! Duzt und wird frech, als wir uns das verbieten. Rechnung musste mehrfach geändert werden, obwohl am Vortag besprochen ( und von ihm bestätigt), dass ich alle 4 DZ bezahle. Es fehlte die Frühstückstisch-Reservierung UND UNSERE FREUNDE WURDEN VON IHRER ABREISE ABGEHALTEN (3 bis 4 Stunden lagen nach dem Frühstück noch vor Ihnen; meine Frau und ich kamen erst eine halbe Stunde später zur Rezeption ) da diese erst IHRE Rechnung bezahlen sollten !!! Einziger Plus-Punkt war das gute Frühstück.

Mycket nöjda!

Trevligt hotell med väldigt hjälpsam personal, fint städat och bra engelska. Vi uppskattade särskilt vatten på rummet och en extra handduk samt tvål åt vår bebis. God mat på hotellets restaurang och servitören Jacob var helt fantastisk, han förgyllde vår vistelse!

Beim Check in war der Rezeptionist nicht besonders freundlich. Er hat auch den Wunsch nach einem 2. Kopfkissen vergessen. Leider war es nicht möglich, uns einen Ort zu nennen, wo wir was zu Mittag essen konnten. Nett, dass es eine Flasche Wasser gab, sehr positiv, dass die Heizung lief. Sonst sehr sparsam mit Guest supplies, z. B. keine Kleenextücher, auch kein Waschlappen. Eigentlich im 4 Sterne Hotel zu erwarten.

Nahezu perfekt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Neben dem zugehörigen Gelände gibt es hier wirklich einladende Orte und selbst die Straßen im Umkreis laden mit Blumen an jeder Ecke zum flanieren ein. Unsere Suite war geräumig und hatte alles, was man brauchte. Das Bad hatte eine Dusche und eine Badewanne, was heutzautage weitaus nichtmehr der Standard ist. Insgesamt war das Hotel künstlerisch / modern gehalten. Ein kleiner Dämpfer unseres Ausfluges waren die Silberfische im Bad (hiervon wusste man scheinbar schon) und ein Missverständnis am Checkout, welches uns bis an dem Frühstückstisch verfolgt hat. Fazit: Ein schönes Hotel mit großteils sehr herzlichem Personal und gegebener Wohlfühl Atmosphäre.
