โNot cleaned properly.
Bed was dirty with hairs, pillow was stinky, some cookie debris on the table and chairs, sticky gross thing on a glass.
I enjoyed staying in many Holiday inn locations across the states for many years, but I think I will stay away from Holiday inn on my future trips.
So disappointed.โ
โThis is the second time we have stayed and it was great. Staff was friendly and helpful and they had everything you could need for an extended stay.โ
โIt was the off season, so the lobby bar and the scotch library were not open at all. That was a huge bummer. The outdoor Antidote bar was open but the outside temps at 108 degrees was just too hot for the outdoor bar. Also, the lazy river bar only being open on Saturdays was a bummer. Otherwise, the room was amazing, the views, the staff, the room service, all really REALLY great. โ
โI was a little nervous initially about staying here because I saw some reviews that stated it was confusing to get into the building and to find your room. We didnโt have an issue at all. We were provided clear instructions that made it really easy. The price was great compared to most hotels in the area, and the amenities were fantastic. I would 100 percent stay here again and maybe even move here it was such a great stayโ
โI stayed here for 2 nights for my birthday and the place was so beautiful! Perfect photo opportunities if needed. The whole hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The food was also good. I booked the one bedroom suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. If you do rent a car the parking is very easy to access and not far of a walk from the front door, they also have a valet service if needed. Definitely lived up to my expectations!โ
โNo complaints at all. Iโve been traveling for 3 days now out west moving my son here. Thank God I had a great nights rest and the complimentary breakfast was awesome with a lot of choices. Thank you!โ
