Hi Wendy. Thanks for staying with us. We enjoyed hosting you, and we are glad you enjoyed the view as much as we do. We also hope you loved the Taylor Swift concert! I am very sorry that did not mention the shade or the door latch while you were here. We have a maintenance crew available 24/7 to tend to any issues, and could have fixed them at any hour had we been notified.
