"Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans cette magnifique villa située en plein cœur des rizières, et notre expérience a été tout simplement parfaite. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été émerveillés par le cadre paisible et la vue imprenable sur les champs de rizières verdoyants qui entourent la villa. C'est un véritable havre de paix, idéal pour se ressourcer et se déconnecter du quotidien. La villa est spacieuse, élégamment décorée et très bien équipée. "I definitely recommend this place! As a daily bath tab user from Japan, I would say this hotel has a high quality of bathroom. It’s clean and fancy. I liked having breakfast on the hammock in my room. There are also pools, a Spa, laundry service, and a tour taxi charter. They had everything I needed. People here were very welcoming, kind, and supportive. I’d like to come back and stay longer next time!"

The Sankara Resort & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"Very peaceful setting. Staff very extremely friendly and helpful without being in your face. We had a deluxe pool villa with our own small pool - perfect. The hotel is slightly out of Ubud but they provide a free shuttle that drops you at a supermarket near the Monkey Forest. You can also walk into the centre of Ubud from there. There are a few restaurants nearby but better to get a taxi/Grab to go further in where there is an abundance of choice. Free foot massage is lovely"

Alaya Resort Ubud

10/10 Excellent

"Everything was top-tier. The people that work there were super friendly, they loved their management, and that reflects a lot on how the people treat their customers. The property was beautiful and prices were super reasonable. The shops next to the area were top-tier as well. One of the best sushi spots next door, tons of massage places, and there are al lot of shops you can walk to nearby. Oh my gosh, the rooms too were so beautiful, it’s hard to leave. Thanks Guys 10/10 would change nothing!"

SenS Hotel and Spa Conference Ubud Town Centre

8/10 Good

"The highlight of our stay was the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Almost everyone we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Small touches such as remembering our breakfast orders, bringing snacks with drinks ordered from the bar, helping us find the right driver, and explaining the local area and surroundings really made a difference. There are a few areas where the property could improve, particularly with housekeeping and room comfort. The carpets could be vacuumed more regularly, and the wash basin could benefit from a more thorough clean, as there were some signs of mould that became noticeable on closer inspection. The air conditioning could also be stronger or cool the room faster, especially for guests returning from the heat outside. Better water pressure in the shower would also improve the overall experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the location. The staff were knowledgeable, welcoming and able to communicate well in English, which made everything much easier throughout our stay. With a few improvements to cleanliness and room amenities, the experience could be even better."
