Overall we found the facilities above average and food at resturants average to below average. The staff were mostly helpful yet butler service was below average. We enjoyed the resort overall but would not return becuase there is simply not enough value for the price. We stayed in one of their best rooms; Feugo Suite, and we did not feel the extra cost versus a standard room was worthwhile. The living room space was uncomfortable and a hard pass. The outdoor space was the highlight, overall, and the 4 high end fiths of liquour as well as a bottle of red wine a plus. The neighboring resorts are extremely close to the porperty and do not give a feeling of privacy for an upgraded rooftop room. For the same or less money we find Excellence a few miles down the road a vastly superior option in every area we can think, especially quality of food and dinning. The lunch buffet was by far the best meals during our visit. I would only recommend a standard room as the pool swim out areas are superior and offer average pool-side service.

It was a great place to vacation at, definetely recommend it. The staff and amenities are great and you will have a great time whether you are travelling with family or friends.

The staff at The Premier Suites were top notch. Glenny was our premier assistant and was there to help us plan and schedule each day. Sergio and Luis at the Premier Suites main lobby were also so helpful they took us around looking at the properties and shared which famous celebrity loved where. That was an unexpected and fun evening! The food quality was spectacular and fresh. I will say as a whole the servers where at the beach or restaurants were very inattentive and moved slow. Example we asked for drinks on Playa Minitas and an hr later they were brought. Even if you went up and ordered a drink from the bar... Zero effort on speed. It's one thing to be on island time and another thing to see a group of 5 bartenders talking and ignoring the guests intentionally.

Our butler Noris was amazing! Everyday she gave us updates about the events that day and made sure our stay was phenomal! Carlos at the expedition table just outside the lobby towards the pool was also another MVP! We did an excursion everyday and saw almost all of the hotels in the area and TRS is by far the most beautifully kept.
