I had a great sleep at this cozy and quiet hotel. Easy check-in over the on-site kiosk. The room is very clean. Enjoyed the stay!

The room was pretty basic. It’s an older property but for the money, it was perfect. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. Can’t beat the location. Check in was annoying. We waited almost an hour to check in with 3 people ahead of us in line. Other than that, and the water going cold a couple times, it was just fine.

Room was clean, and we did not need assistance from the staff so we never crossed paths with any hotel employees . Check in and check out were different from what we are used to but they were very easy.Parking on site was very convenient, and the location was perfect 👌.

Good small inn located only 6 minutes from uptown Sedona. Very close to many hikes and sightseeing spots. I was here for 6 days and used less than 1/3 tank of gas going out daily for hiking, work, and shopping.

Great bang for you buck

If you’re looking to trim some fat in your budget and still be comfortable, I suggest this place. Sedona can be a bit pricey, so I really appreciate have options like this! We flew into Sedona in a C-172, so its distance from the airport was much appreciated.

Despite multiple broken, shoddy fixtures and only one coffee cup, the bed was comfortable, the place was relatively quiet and clean. The odd contactless check-in was awkward and took too long. The price is right.
