“Nice hotel. Close to everything and the staff is very nice and professional. I lost my money clip with money in it and after about 12 hours I realized it was lost so I went to the front desk and it was there with the money still in tact. Safe place and trustworthy staff. ”

“Hotel is still new about a year plus. Location is good. Not far from cihemplas walk & rumah moda. Great Room size, Breakfast spread are marvellous and service staff are excellent. Didn't get their names but all are very helpful. Hotel Maintenance is a plus. All areas look clean and tidy. The swimming pool is a must to visit it's breathtaking.”
“Lekker rustig gelegen hotel, waarvandaan je wel makkelijk in het centrum van Bandung kan komen. De kamer is lekker ruim, hoewel de bedden wel klein zijn. Pas op met douchen. Stel de temperatuur goed in en wacht een paar minuten. De waterdruk komt namelijk in golven en kan ineens heel heet zijn. Het enige minpuntje; de kamer stond geadverteerd als 'ontbijt inbegrepen' en dit stond ook in mijn boekingsbevestiging, maar dit bleek bij aankomst niet zo te zijn. Maar dit is een fout bij Hotels.com.”

“Hotel met een hele goede service. Het personeel was super behulpzaam. De kamer was schoon en netjes. Als ze de badkamer een update zouden geven, zou het een perfecte kamer zijn. Het enige echt negative was dat het geluid van de gang erg doordrong in de kamer. Het personeel maakt geen lawaai, maar andere gasten wel.
