“For the price a very decent clean room. Breakfast tray was very simple. Less than half of the many TV channels listed were actually available.”

“I arrived at the property and was told there was no rooms available. The reception staff explained that it must be problem with hotels.com and that they have sold all of the rooms. The manager was not available and the "office was locked" so they couldn't access the online booking.
