My experience was overall elevated because of the front desk staff who treated everyone like family and genuinely cared for us with respect. The location to beach and main shopping area is premium and parking is included in stay. Staff was very helpful with street parking which is not clearly defined as metered. “This is a very reasonably priced hotel in a great location on the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach. We considered it clean, a bit outdated, and it would be nice if they had a couple showers available closer to the beach. The cleaning crew was very friendly, but could definitely be more organized, as they didn’t seem to understand when to clean the room or give privacy; there were a couple times that they tried to enter early when we were sleeping. “The hotel was clean, convenient, well staffed and well attended. There was enough time for breakfast and it was well stocked. Did not get to use the pool, but it looked clean. Our bed was comfortable and the room had a microwave and minifridge which was a plus. The location was very convenient walk to the beach, and a lot of other ocean city attractions. I would recommend or stay there again. Wished we had a balcony, but everything else was nice. ”
