Rezervasyon yaptık giriş yaptık otel’e köpek kulübesine benzeyen kliması olmayan her tarafı kirli hayatımda bu kadar kötü bir yer görmedim burda kalamayız diye şikayet etim başka bir yer verdiler önçekinden biraz daha iyiydi sabah 100 tl ekstra ödemeniz gerekiyor dediler

Tesis ve personel gayet güzel. Fakat satın aldığım oda ,tesis tarafından indirimli (%15) şekilde satıldığını öğrendim. Üzücü tabii. Ayrıca Hotels.com oda özellikleri ile alınan odanın özellikleri tutmuyor. Üçgen ev dedikleri evde klima yok. TV yok. Şömine zaten yok. Fakat Hotels.com da var şeklinde gözüküyor. Harici olarak restaurant kısmı başarılı.tesisin fiyatları gayet iyi. Cumartesi akşamı canlı müzik olması ekstra güzellik oldu.

Otelin yeri ve tarzı güzeldi ancak resepsiyon kısmı ve çalışanlar biraz ilgisiz , alakasızdı. Genel olarak hoş bir ambiyansı var Kayserkaya’nın. Şömineyi yakıp ısınabilirseniz birde güzel bir tatil geçirirsiniz.
