Semanggi, Jakarta hotel rooms at the Ascott

Very courteous staff!

Newly opened in June 2016, the hotel still has the energy and excitement of Day 1. Rooms are spacious, well lit and cozy. The lobby bar is swanky and romantic (live Paino) and the 20th Floor bar and balcony offer great views while unwinding. But Four Seasons is all about service and you will not be disappointed. If you're deciding on this hotel versus Raffles, then Four Seasons wins. Those are the only hotels I've stayed in at Jakarta.

We would definitely stay here again. The bed was quite comfortable. Location is within walking distance of the MRT. And the rooms are very clean.

this hotel really really clean and comfortable and also so convenient, connecting to SMS mall which have many good restaurants, live music every nights Also the staffer so friendly and helpful, like manager pak Dannis, pak Tondy also pak rayhan on the breakfast area

Staff were awesome, and rooms are nice and clean.

Absolutely amazing here.

great hotel at great location

Everything was perfect. There was a beautiful birthday celebration surprise

The staff from the front desk, room, dining area & housekeeping was warm, friendly, & very accomodating. We were provided & experienced the VIP treatment! Food was excellent, highly recommend the Italian (squid ink pasta) & Indonesian restaurants (breakfast buffet). Great discount at the spa from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

Great staff, reception and concierge. We like Lobo staff too. Lots of love from these people to us. Thanks!

Spacious rooms
