최악의 빌라와 스텝

5일간 이 빌라에 투숙했습니다. 청소상태도 불량하였고 수영장 관리상태도 엉망이라 한번도 수영장 이용 못했었습니다. 그리고 더 최악은 호텔객실 금고안에 보관한 400$가 분실되었습니다. 호텔직원들과 매니저 누구도 이건에대해 심각하게 생각하지 않았고 처리 또한 엉망이어서 결국엔 제가 경찰서에가서 경찰레포트까지 작성했습니다. 결국 돈은 찾지 못했고 진정성있는 사과도 받지 못했습니다.이 빌라에 예약하신다면 아마 모든 모든 물건들과 현금을 다 들고 다니셔야 할 것 같습니다. 누구도 믿지 못하겠고 믿어서도 안되는 곳입니다.

약간 골목 택시로 스미냑 거리까지 2000원정도 나옵니다.

직원들이 친절하고 오래있다보니 점점 좋아지는것 같음. 지배인이 전체적으로 관리를 하는것 같아서 좋음.

If your wanting to stay away from the hustle and bustle of what can be quite a hectic Seminyak, then these Villas will not dissapoint. Privacy is guaranteed with no prying eyes from neighbouring properties. Lovely to have your own plunge pool to escape Bali's humidity. Just a short walk to the beach gets you to where you need to go quicker than by scooter in peak season. We stayed for 13 nights but felt it was a little too long in the same place. Next time we will mix it up a little. Staff are beautiful and very accomodating. Would recommend if you're keen to stay away from the noise and chill.

Raally enjoyed our stay at the cosy, comfortable & clean villa. Friendly & helpful staff. Delicious breakfast served to villa with lots of choice (prechosen daily - offering American Continental or Indonesian). Each of the 9 villas were very quiet & private. Easy walking distance to many restaurants & also to the nearby beach (ask staff to direct you via a footpath shortcut)

Nice villa, good location, cold pool.

Villa was very private and location was good, it's only a short walk to the beach, Potato Head or out for a morning coffee. Cheap taxi's to everywhere just let the drivers know you are near Sheraton Four Seasons and they know where to drop you back or you'll need GPS activated on your phone. WIFI was great and bed was comfortable. Unfortunately two things detracted from our stay. Hot water in the shower didn't work and it took two days of assurances his friend was going to fix it until we got moved to another room. Other issue was the pool is largely undercover so is very cold. Something to consider depending on the time of year you go.

Really quite place to stay feels like in country but only street away from busy seminyak good place for rest and relaxation.All issues addressed promptly in week were there, thought pretty good value.

Disappointing

Shiny on the outside but up close there were details which prevented this venue being rated higher than a 3.5-4/5. Nice lap pool, but no new bottles of water replaced (our colleagues had theirs replaced daily), broken tap on shower, rusted appliances, need of a paint and very very patchy wifi for villas away from the main area. For the price, better options available.

Off the main drag - Seminyak

Lovely villa with good private pool and services. Staff were excellent and facilities met all of our expectations. Location on a quiet road in Seminyak but a couple of good restaurants close by and fifteen minutes walk to Jepon Beach through some narrow but safe lanes for good sunsets and a bigger range of restaurants.

Lovely villas, just need a little TLC

Mahala Hasa Villas is a beautiful place. The villas are exactly as pictured however, are a little old and as a result there is some wear and tear. We first checked into villa #9 (the first villa) for the first night of our stay, it was nice however there was no adequate hot water in the shower or bath. We then requested to be moved and moved to villa #2 (the back of the property). The hot water was much better in this villa. Bed linens (sheets, pillow cases, gowns, etc) need to be replaced along with towels. They were discolored and had rips and threads hanging from them. Apart from the hot water (remember it is bali), the towels and sheets, the villas are actually very nice. Older, but nice. They serve breakfast in your room each morning. The beds are very comfortable. They turn down and clean everyday. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There was mention of a shuttle service into town but when we asked they weren’t sure about it. Maybe only something that is offered in peak season. Very close to Seminyak. An easy walk to great restaurants and cafes, shops and beach clubs.

I won’t stay here again

Many insects and lizards compared to the other villas we stayed in. We moved out on the second day. The hotel reception area needs an upgrade too.

Nice......but,

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is convenient base to visit the many restaurants and bars in Seminyak. The hotel would do well to change all the towels as the white towels have turned to gray. I also noticed a blood stain on one of the pillow cases.

The villa is nice and cosy but the bathroom is a bit stinky and there're fleas in our bed even if we tried to change the bedsheet. We moved to another hotel in the middle of the night.

Such a beautiful villa. Very clean. Great location. Free transportation around seminyak. Our driver Gidi was absolutely amazing. He made our experience one to remember. He took us to do different activities and really helped us enjoy Bali and our stay. Outstanding service from all. 5/5! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff xx

Relaxing

Our recent stay at Mahala Hasa was very relaxing. Great service, Villa was lovely and clean. The pool was a little cold but I am a bit fussy on pool temperatures. Great location for some amazing restaurants. Overall would definitely recommend.

Real Estate Camera

Not what we expected from photos. (god dam real estate camera) Got there and they didn't have our booking, They were very good and accommodated us straight away. We did - how ever meet with friends and went n stayed with them. In their defence - I have been told that I am very picky. Probably good value for money - just not for us.

The villa was very pretty and clean enough. My only gripe is the whit towels always looked dingy instead of being bright white. The front desk also always way overestimated the cost of taxi prices and the only time we got overcharged was when she called a car for us. The hotel is at the end of a long street away from the shops but we didn’t mind the walk to much. It is 7 min from the beach but you must walk down a long dark alleyway. Overall hotel staff was very nice and friendly.

A great experience

Very nice villa on a quieter street but still close to the hustle and bustle. Facilities were great, except for a few minor bathroom maintenance issues. However, considering this is Indonesia I was pretty happy with the overall package. The pool was much larger than expected and the staff were amazing. We booked additional services through the front desk staff and got better pricing than at other places and the quality was great too. Make sure to get the breakfast option, they will serve it in your room and will even bring fresh squeezed juice.

Quiet location. 15mns walk from the beach through back hallways. Very comfortable villa. Very helpful staff.

Nice but not luxury

Breakfast - We were told that we could not order fruit juice and fresh fruit that it is one or the other and not both. In making a comparison to another villa where we usually stay, the breakfast choices did not meet our understanding of "luxury". In fact the overall breakfast experience was disappointing and we chose to buy our own food and either cook or eat out. In our view the breakfast experience needs to improve considerably. Bathroom - The glass dividing the toilet and the shower needs a seriously good clean to remove the soap scum. The design of the Villa bathrooms adjoining each other did not provide any privacy between the two Villas. The late night conversations and toileting habits of the couple next to us were clearly audible and does not fit with our view of luxury. The Rain head shower was broken and water went all over the place. Toilet (Downstairs) - The toilet seat did not fit the toilet and is clearly visible as not fitting. Staff - Overall staff have a wonderful focus on the guest experience and were always happy to help. Villa Surrounds - In our view there needs to be a little more lighting in the path ways linking the Villas given the pavers are uneven. May I suggest a handrail in the stairwell between the ground floor and the bedroom. Outdoor Pillows - needed a thoroughly good wash as they were stained.

Beautiful villas close to seminyak

My partner and I loved staying here. The villa was exceptional, especially for the price. There was a short walk to the beach and Potato Head, and about a 20 minute walk to the main restaurants and shopping area of seminyak. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much to ask. The room service was also pretty good. If you are a couple looking for privacy in a quiet area of Seminyak, Mahala Hasa is a must!
