The staff are lovely! It’s a shame the showers and kitchen is very dirty it all needs a really good cleaning. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you like a clean house. The whole place needs a good makeover.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a great stay at Yubi Villas. It was peaceful, quiet and incredibly relaxing, while still being close to everything in Seminyak. The private pool was absolutely amazing and easily one of the highlights of the stay. Breakfast was cooked fresh for us daily and was always delicious. It was also great having Netflix in the villa for relaxing at night. The staff were fantastic — so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The villa was a lovely place to come back to after being out exploring and always felt calm and private. We really loved our time at Yubi Villas and would happily stay again. Definitely 5 stars from us!

Villa was very big and spacious, although toilet had a hard time flushing, sinks didn’t drain well, & bed was very uncomfortable. Location is great if you like the night life, but if your trying to go to bed at a reasonable time… good luck, very loud can hear all the music & didn’t stop until 3pm. Staff was extremely nice Was very cool to have breakfast made for us in Villa if you wanted. Overall I’d give the place a 6.5/10

Breakfast staff were really nice. Breakfast cooked in our villa which was fantastic! Room was cleaned everyday but the sheets weren’t changed, I knew this due to a spot on sheet that never changed from the first day. Stayed 10. Pool was cleaned everyday. Bathroom was outdated. Could really do with a makeover. We enjoyed our stay here. Yudi was lovely and always happy to see us, as were all the staff. Staff maybe could smoke elsewhere rather than in the small space next to walkway. I would recommend staying here. I would stay here again. Location was pretty good. Plenty of things walking distance. Got a grab bike to Legian which was under $2.

Manager Uda and Staff were very attentive, helpful, efficient and friendly. Breakfasts were made fresh every morning from a menu offering a wide variety of tasty choices. Airconditioned rooms and ensuites are extremely spacious and clean and come with all the extras the modern traveller requires. Well established and maintained gardens provided shade and a great tropical setting. Soaking in your villas pool with a cool refreshment was an absolute delight during the warm balmy days and evenings (Sept/Oct temps: High 31C > Low 27C plus High Humidity). Great bars, restaurants and the beach are within easy walking distance. Try the nearby "Kaia" café, restaurant/bars - "Fu House", "Shangri La" & "Madan" as well as the well stocked "Bintang Supermarket" for pretty much everything you can think of (Don't forget to check out the 2nd floor - escalators located in the middle of the ground floor). Checkout "Setpoint - Seminyak" outdoor market for reasonably priced gifts, tourist souvenirs and big name fashion accessories etc.

Delightful place, wonderful staff. Private, comfortable and perfect for relaxing or getting out. Located close to restaurants and bars. The only point to make, is the pool would benefit from a ladder for getting into and out of. Not accessible if you have physical issues such as a bad knee etc. Otherwise, the pool was wonderful, clean and big enough to enjoy in complete privacy.
