Everything was amazing staff went above and beyond. The washer/dryer combo were unexpected and were a great mid trip luxury. However - the dryer took a very long time to actually dry the clothes. Staff were brilliant and helped us dry them over the night. We will return here again.

This was a nice amount of space for the living, dining, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We were able to do a load of laundry and also relax on the comfortable couch to watch some TV on the large projection. Good location to walk to several sites and catch public transportation. Staff were helpful when we had questions.

Awkward. It can sleep up to six guests but ideally it is for 3 or 4 as there is only ONE washroom. At the same time, if it is only for two of you then it can get pricey. If you have older family members, don't bring them as the stairs are steep and no washroom on the upper floor. Also no good restaurants or shops nearby and no BBQ on the deck. It is secluded but not private becuase you can hear your neighbors. Only plus side is that bedding is very clean. I would not come back.

"We had a great time at the hotel. It is very quiet and the location is amazing. We really enjoyed the buffet dinner and breakfast and the onsen was a great way to start and end the day! Our room was spacious (twin beds) with a great view of the mountain. We will definitely come back if we ever come ..."
