This is a solid hotel with a nice restaurant that serves a decent buffet breakfast. The beds are extra firm, and housekeeping is attentive and provides bottled water every day. This hotel is within a 8 minute walk to the Jeongbang waterfall and also the Maeil Olle market, both of which are must sees. There is an excellent sushi place 3 minutes away on foot. I would absolutely stay there again.

We had a triple room. It was comfortable, but tight with not a ton of space for our bags. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location to restaurants and market. Great spot to stay and be able to venture out.

The room and washroom were both pretty spacious and clean. The location is great for Seogwipo as it’s close to the main bus terminal. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Greta Hotel in Seogwipo City Center

Great hotel right in the middle of the city! Rooms were clean and functional, balcony had a great view of the ocean. Market on the main floor very useful for picking up snacks or coffee, or even souvenirs. Note that the jacuzzis advertised do have a fee to use. Would recommend this hotel!

Great place to saty while exploring Jeju. Lots of shopping and dining within walking distance. The parking garage is VERY tight and hard to get in and out of. Also, the hot tubs have to be reserved apparently, although there aren't any signs and we didnt see any information about it anywhere.

Great hotel, jacuzzi costs extra

hotel itself was very nice for the price and clean, room was great! However, it should mention in the listing that the jacuzzi is not included for free but that you have to pay 25000 won to use it for two hours. That was very disappointing.

The property is in a good location. There’s lots to see and it’s nice walking around the area. The ocean is very close, and the waterfalls within walking distance! However, the room was slightly unclean with a pungent and unpleasant smell (unfamiliar hair in various places with stains), and the front desk was pretty unhelpful.

As others have mentioned - parking is a bit challenging, breakfast buffet mediocre and roof top jacuzzi largely unavailable - we were told they were fully booked but when on the roof top only one was in use!?

The room was acceptable. Beds were quite noisy. I was very disappointed with the surcharge to use the rooftop Jacuzzi. When it’s one of the main photos promoting your hotel I think it should be something included in the room price $20 for a soak is a bit much. I’ve never been to a hotel where they charge to use the pool or the hot tub The breakfast buffet was was good and the location is excellent.

I booked ocean view where its view is direct to the bridge. The room is huge, nearly double to usual room. The English of hotel staff is quite poor and reception system is not very efficient. The hotel area is very good, opposite to the beach, so very convenient to walk around.

The hotel was lovely, when we arrived we had a twin room that smelt a bit musty and the aircon had an awful smell. We went down to reception and they immediately upgraded us and swapped our room where we had an ocean view and the room was a lot better! We had a rooftop “jacuzzi” at sunset and it was lovely! Just a note from us foreigners though, jacuzzi does not mean bubbles, no bubbles.

I booked this property because of the laundry in room. The aesthetic is sterile and the bathroom is a glass enclosure in the room. I feel like no other review I read advised that the Seacloud and the Kolon Seacloud are actually the same building along with another hotel so the elevator situation is the same for all 3 of these properties and should guests should be made aware of that because the Kolon is on the 4th floor and the Seacloud is on the 6th. You must take the elevator up to the lobby. The most amazing thing about our stay was the view from the room which looked right over the main area of the beach and gave a great skyline view
