"The front desk is not staffed until 10 am. It is advertised as 8 am. The room was clean and easy to control the temperature. The couch was extremely uncomfortable. The television speaker was worthless. We had the room with the biggest tub. But were not able to enjoy it because we could never get it warm enough. Even the water temperature in the shower fluctuated between warm and cold. "

"This hotel is in an excellent location, right next to Hiroshima Station, making it easy to travel throughout Hiroshima and to other cities as well. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby—everything you could need is within walking distance. The hotel itself feels fairly new and is very well maintained. One highlight for me was the strong water pressure in the shower, which made for a very comfortable stay. In the mornings, the hotel also offers complimentary coffee, juices, and light pastries in the lobby—a thoughtful touch, even though I didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. I’d especially like to thank Kiyota and Nagayama, who went above and beyond to assist me with navigating a Japanese website I was struggling with. They gave me their full attention and were genuinely caring throughout. The hospitality that I received from them and the staff was by far the highlight of my experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Hiroshima."

"The location of the hotel is excellent. Sinnohyeon Station Exit 7 is within 5-min walk. Gangnam Station is around 15-min walk. Lots of shopping stores and restaurants near proximity of the hotel. If you are also into Korean skin treatments, I super recommend you stay in this hotel since most skin treatment clinics are located here. Staff are very friendly and good in English, so it was very easy for me to check-in. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Seoul again."

"The only reason I removed a star from my otherwise five star review is because of my third check in experiences. FYI, during my 2 week stay in Korea and Japan, I used JW Marriott as my base camp and checked in three times. The first time was at 6am in the morning, the day after my original check in day. My reservation had been cancelled as a “no show” but that was easily rectified. (I was told to call the next time I would check in late. I actually tried to reach out but that didn’t work out well. But the check out worked out well so no issues there.) Second check in easy as a breeze. Now to the third check in. I think one lad was in training. The other gentleman clearly was supervising. Not the friendliest of sort. He kind of snapped at me to wait in line (which I did). When it was my turn, the guy in training was super sweet. He accidentally offered a late checkout. It would have been nice but I didn’t need one. The supervisor literally knocked on the trainee plainly in sight, clearly scolding him in front of the guests. Not pleasant. I told them I didn’t need the late check out if the trainee was getting into trouble. Long story short, no late check out and I hope the trainee didn’t get into trouble. Point here is that if the front desk members need to sort out things between and among themselves, please do that out of sight. "
