"Staff were great. Indoor pool was nice but outdoor pool opens at 3 which was bad just for my timing so did not get to use it which was sad. Wish it opened earlier"

"It’s a homey hotel .. love its ambience and the breakfast was amazing with big sierra of varieties . They even serve free ramen for supper . Location is very convenient . Room is very clean and nice , The only downside is if you stay a the highest floor sometimes waiting for the elevator can take a while . Overall I really enjoyed staying here and will return if I visit Seoul again"

"Great food, helpful attentive staff, GORGEOUS hotel! The beds were so comfy and I always had a nice view. I really enjoyed my conversations with everyone there. I have stayed all over the world, and this was my favorite stay yet. I love the marble and every direction you look is a feast for the eyes, with a gorgeous French aesthetic that made me feel like the president of Korea :) The breakfast buffet is pricey, but none of the food comes from depressing giant bags - you can taste that it's all made there, and made well. The chefs and servers were a delight, the coffee was perfectly brewed. 10/10 stay. I will absolutely be back again!"

"It was large, there was a kitchen but it wasnt available to use, same with the laundry. The area is nice and quiet compared to the main gangnam street. The elevators are slow, i waited 5 minutes to get from the 5 floor to the lobby. I would have walked but i didnt know if i was allowed to use the stairs. Checking in, ONLY at 4pm, no luggage storage, no early check in. Its close to a tim hortons and a mcdonalds. Close to the train station and busses. "

"I did not like the beds being on floor level and the room was small so we were too close to the bathroom . The room was cramped and very little space to walk around so not a great experience!!!"
