Our party of five had a pleasant stay at Brown Suites. It’s located right in Sinchon and a minute walk to the metro station. We really enjoyed the Sinchon shopping and dining area nearby with many choices and seeing lots of young people there. Though the unit is a bit dated, the staff keeps everything clean and comfortable. Special kudos to Mr. Chang Duk Oh, who spoke English very well, and helped us arrange a ride to Incheon Airport on our check-out day. Thank you! High recommend!

호텔이람선 방바닥에 메트리스만 덩그러니...헐!
신촌이라는 위치를 제외하면 별로 추천할 만한 곳은 아니더군요. 가보고서야 알았지만 코업에서 지은 원룸형 오피스텔 방을 호텔로 렌트하고 있었구요. 무엇보다 침대, 역대급 최악을 자랑합니다. 최신 시설은 아니지만 청결에는 그런대로 문제없습니다. 하지만 딱딱해도 너무 딱딱한 메트리스는 정말 뼈마다를 아프게 할 정도였고.... 게다가 메트리스를 지지하는 통판이 너무 얇고 부실해서 몸을 조금만 움직이면 요란스레 뻐걱대는 소리를 내서 숙면을 계속 방해했습니다. 업주님, 요새는 모델에서도 그런 침대 사용하지 않습니다. 사실 방을 한 차례 바꾼 게 그 모양이었으니... 첫 번째로 들어간 방에는 상식적으로 침대라면 당연히 있어야 할 메트리스 받침 통판도 없고 그저 메트리스만 바닥에 깔려 있는 상태였습니다. 황당해서 프런트로 연락하니 직원 왈 "아~ 메트리스 아래에 판 같은 게 없나요?''라도 되물었습니다. 마치 침대라는 물건을 본 적도 없는 사람처럼 말이죠. 업주님, 이럴 거면 호텔 이름 빼고 장사하셔야 합니다. 진짜 호텔인줄 알고 예약하는 불상사가 발생하지 않도록 해주시고요. 처도 처음이라 고시원 같은 시설에 1박 10만원 가량 내고 어쩔 수 없이 숙박했지만 신촌에 묵으실 분 주변 모델로 가서 편히 주무셔요~

ホテルというより雑居アパート。バスルームは狭くトイレと一体なのにシャワーカーテンが無くビショビショ。クレーム出して2日目に付けてもらった。清掃は素人が適当にやっただけで不潔。シーツ交換無し、２人利用なのに2日目のタオル類は1セット。スタッフがひとりしかいないのでフロントに取りに来てくれと。スタッフは午前9時出勤で、そこまでは不在。テレビは映らず、これまたクレーム出したら、どこからか持って来て交換。色々、驚かされました。日本語が話せるスタッフが申し訳なさそうにされてて、なんだかこちらも申し訳無い気分でした。
