Good Location, Helpful staff and Comfortable

The staff can speak english well and they promptly respond to your inquiries via email. The location is very close to Sinchon Station and there is an Airport limousine bus stop (nearby) just walk only 200 metres. The room is comfortable and has enough space to keep 2-3 baggage on the floor.

Our party of five had a pleasant stay at Brown Suites. It’s located right in Sinchon and a minute walk to the metro station. We really enjoyed the Sinchon shopping and dining area nearby with many choices and seeing lots of young people there. Though the unit is a bit dated, the staff keeps everything clean and comfortable. Special kudos to Mr. Chang Duk Oh, who spoke English very well, and helped us arrange a ride to Incheon Airport on our check-out day. Thank you! High recommend!

Misleading, but not too bad. Just the bathroom.

The room was okay. However, the bathroom was very dirty. Especially, the shower. There was dirt/black mold on the shower floor edges and on the hose. I think the rooms need a remodel overall. But the bathroom… yeah. Very dirty. I appreciated that they did leave clean towels for me since I did but up the “Do not disturb” signs. Customer service is great! But the pictures are extremely misleading.

I stayed in this hotel 9 years ago. The collegians from the nearby universities stayed in this hotel to party on weekends. It was noisy past 10pm. This time I saw that there were signs in this room stating smoking penalty and fee for odor removal. That made sense. In fact, I stayed here before leaving for Busan and also came back from Busan. The rooms were basic ... one room there was no nightstand whereas the other had a nightstand. One room had a shower curtain but the other one did not. The front office worked from 9 am to 10 pm (no overnight shift). If you need help, you have to call an emergency number. I would give a 2 star on the rating. By the way room cleaning service 2 or 3 times a week. The location is good. Airport bus 6002 is very convenient. One subway station from Hongik University station. 5 stations to City Hall to change to subway line 1 to Seoul station.
