Friendly staff and housekeepers and comfy bed. For me I would've liked there to be a wall mirror outside the bathroom, the only mirror in the room was in the bathroom. Great location next to Myeongdong shopping area and night market. Also next door to 7-Eleven and GS25 convenience stores.

Love, love the quality of the breakfast and the service there. There’s chef is exceptionally good! Especially on the seafood dishes and salads. The young female hostess staff at breakfast is so dedicated to her work and was very attentive to our needs. Excellent location with great proximity to the subway. Highly recommended!

Our families stay at the Crown Park was very nice. It’s location and price is why we chose to stay here. Our rooms were small, clean and had just what you needed. Check-in and out was a breeze. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It had so much to choose from and the price can’t be beat. Laundry on the 3rd floor was useful, 2 washers and dryers 5000 won for each use. Only wished the room had an iron for some wrinkles. The staff were very professional and helpful with all questions we had.

The staff is very helpful. The location is the best you can get if you want to be in the middle of Meyongdong. The rooms in Seoul are small, this one felt larger. AC wasn’t working but it wasn’t that hot in October. Building is in good shape. The shower doors need to be closed, in Seoul most hotel showers are half glass so water gets everywhere.

Hotel itself ideally located for most things, but even in deluxe room furniture pretty basic, but beds comfy. Breakfast was OK but no Black/Breakfast tea, only Earl Grey or fruit teas, Coffee from machine was lukewarm but if you ask for hot milk they will bring it. After a long day site-seeing was disappointed to find that there nowhere to get a drink in evening, small lounge on 17th floor but only sold spirits. oh for a glass of wine. Most of the staff had reasonable English, whereas I had no Korean, and were very helpful.

I got a bad smelling room and had to move, I had to move again to another room as they had a reservation for the room I was staying in, very inflexible and I had to change rooms twice in three days stay. The rooms need maintenance and the walls were peeling off! The only good thing is the location
