The staff is very friendly and professional. 5 stars Room, toilet, shower.5stars Room is heavy smell of cigarets. 2 stars The hotel is very good situated for barbecue and drinking.Its fun place to retreat for young couples if they want to eat and drink and spend time overnight. I had to urgently book a two-night stay due to a family emergency—my father was hospitalized nearby, and I needed to be close. The hotel provided such a comfortable and generous experience during a difficult time. The location was perfect: the airport limousine stop, Daiso, restaurants, and coffee shops were all within a 10-minute walk. Bathtub in the middle of the room was a big consolation. Thank you for the thoughtful service and warm hospitality.

Nice comfortable stay

The room was very clean and organized. It was provided with a cattle, chamomile tea bags, Korean mix coffee, and hazelnut coffee too. Light switches were oddly placed on one panel next to the bed and I had a hard time finding light switch for bathroom which was hidden behind the door (french door).

Nice facility and staff, decent hygiene but there were some shortcomings (e.g. hair inside a washed and packaged bathrobe, missed surface during cleaning, dirty shower curtain). The location is quite noisy. The noise, lack of any special facilities(pool, spa etc), and the level of hygiene could have been overlooked only if the price was lower.

I stayed at this hotel for an extended period during my visit to Korea, and I was very satisfied. The price was reasonable, and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained. The location was also great — there were plenty of restaurants and things to enjoy nearby, and public transportation was very convenient. I especially appreciated that the airport bus stop was close to the hotel. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

It's an hour to get to Seoul by train. Food is limited for foreigners, there are no nearby tourist areas to visit or walk around.

Nicely located with easy access to shops, restaurants and subway. However it is off the center of Korea and the taxi driver is having trouble finding it. I could see the taxi drivers are having trouble understanding the English address from Expedia. They ended up calling back a few times to get the address in Korean.

Big, clean room. Rope fire escape. Close to subway, tons of restaurants nearby, helpful, friendly staff. Room was modern and appeared recently renovated. Wireless charging station, and wired.The shower was poorly designed, with a recess beside the wall side of the tub that gutters to the floor, which guaranteed water pooling on the floor during a shower, and not one hook or place to hang a towel in entire suite, other than coat hanger closet. Very generous bottled water supply.

２泊で利用しましたが受付の女性は日本語が出来ますし持参したコンセントが合わなかったためお借りしました。親身にして頂きました。清掃の方も感じの良い方で清掃不要でタオル交換のみお願いしたのですが綺麗に掃除されていました。部屋も綺麗で駅からもわかりやすくまた利用したいと思うホテルでした。
