The room is clean. Staff is polite and helpful. It is very convenient. 7-11 is downstairs. Airport bus and Metro are nearby. The only comment is the toilet. It was clogged for few times. My friend in another room has similar experience. But the response of hotel staff was quick, and able to resolve it in very short time.

Conveniently located by the Myeongdong station and the shopping district. Airport limousine bus stop is also just a few minutes away from the hotel. We stayed on the 9th floor and the room is quite spacious. Will stay here again next time!

There is no chair in the room, but only a not so comfortable stool. Requested for a chair to at least able to sit comfortably to read or to do some work but was told only stool is available! There is also no side table by the bed. However location is excellent close to many eateries, shops, metro stations & Namdemun market.

Loved the location. Mere feet from the train station. Airport shuttle pick up across the street. Everything at your door step. Will stay again. Only lost a star because the shower head was at an angle that hit the back of the surround and flooded the bathroom. Elevator was a little slow because the buttons didn't seem to control both elevators, so they weren't efficient at picking up guests between floors enroute depending on the button you chose to push.

Was an excellent location right next to night market. Only thing for me was really no window out but we had a family room so it faced a wall. Otherwise excellent
