Enjoyed our trip and hotel stay. The hotel staff were so helpful. On rainy days they let us borrow the hotel umbrellas and even helped out with airport transportation.

Staff were wonderful, room was clean, modern & comfortable. Plenty of buses drop off on the adjacent main road, or it's only a 5 mins walk from the nearest subway station. Breakfast was good & the gym had a decent treadmill for an easy jog. Would definitely recommend.

Bang for your buck!

Great location, very friendly staff, and walkable to many shops in the area. Room did smell like wet carpet and sink was leaking a bit. But aside from that, I would definitely book La Casa Hotel again.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The staff was very friendly and I had my room cleaned everyday. They gave me complimentary water everyday as well which I liked. The location was also very convenient. There’s a bus stop really close and I was able to get to where I wanted to go pretty quickly and efficiently. The only issue I had was that the door sometimes didn’t close all the way, I had to double check a couple of times but this area is also very safe so I wouldn’t worry.

Front Desk staff have been very responsive without hesitation on any inquiry I've placed. The breakfast was made complimentary to compensate for a lack of a working tv, due to my decline in a change of rooms first offered. Very ameniable and respectful employees at Hotel and CasaMeal Restaurant. I expressed my gratitude and complimented them. I would like the management to share this review with them all. Worthy to stay

Our couple has used this hotel several times since a long time ago. The area around the hotel is safe to walk around, and there are many delicious restaurants, nice cafes, and many places to shop, so it is convenient and enjoyable. All the hotel staff are kind, and the Nordic room design is very pretty and the bedding is convenient, but I think the lighting brightness of the bathroom and the silicone of the bathroom floor need to be upgraded. Overall, it's worth staying in this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel La Casa Seoul! The hotel has a stylish and cozy atmosphere, making it a great place to relax. The staff were truly amazing—they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. When we arrived early, they kindly offered us a free extra day due to an issue with the room’s safety vault. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out! Aside from this, everything was well-maintained, and the overall experience was wonderful. I truly appreciate the excellent service and hospitality, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Seoul!

Overall it was okay. Most staffs were kind, and the service was nice. However, the heater in my room did not work properly and went in and off. So, the room was very cold.

This hotel was good but I'm not sure I would come back. We had a room that was in the attached building. There was one window but barely had sunlight, the lights were also very dim even in the bathroom. The room has definitely seen some use and I noticed some damage or weird stains in the bathroom. Our travels included moving a lot of luggage so we really liked the space and storage but compared to other lodging in Korea, we would choose the others first. The staff were very friendly and the location is walking distance to some really hip stores like Gentle Monster and we did not get a chance to eat nearby. I would recommend if you enjoy moodier lighting, traveling a bit lighter, and perhaps alone.
