Spacious comfy Hongdae loft

Nice spacious loft a bit luxurious for me! On the opposite side of the river to the more touristy hongdae area but still so easy to get to. Shops, food, transport all close by. Friendly staff.

We have enjoyed our stay in Hotel Loft. The rooms are fancy, the service people very kind and helpful, the services in the Hotel are good. Biggest plus is the location close to Dangsan Station, where two lines are crossing, especially line 2.

Lofts hotel boutique is right in the center of many things , trains , subways, buses and 30mins away from Gympo international airport on line 5. Hotel is very well designed, modern, clean and high class location with many restaurants, coffee shops. So it is one of the best locations without high cost for stays. Hotel is very classy design, small petite but very unique and beautiful inside out. Just little small front desks , small waiting rooms and the front desks customers service not very comfortable to engage conversation with foreigners customers. Beside of that need to improve then the hotel is highly recommended.

Sweet nook

This place is a gem. It was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. We were upgraded to the premium suite and everything was so nicely placed - very appealing aesthetic. The staff was so helpful and friendly too. Breakfast was good and has self-serve tea and coffee. It's also close to subway stations. The surroundings seemed safe and pleasant.

The housekeeping service was excellent, the front desk friendly, the neighborhood convenient. My only dissatisfaction was with the soundproofing, which is insufficient for the noise of construction during the day and the passionate cries of romantic neighbors at night.

Many construction sites near hotel and they work so early around 05:xx in the morning. So we are not sleep very well. Also half cleaning day of your trip is not really enough due to rubbish bins are so small Anyway, location and food around the hotel is not bad, good to be there. Thank you

Looks a lot better on the website than it really is. It’s not bad but not as nice as it looks on the website. We were booked for 4 nights and left after 1 night and we’re willing to forfeit our payment to do it. We went to another hotel for the east of our stay. Again not a bad hotel and in fact quite eclectic but not for us.

Slightly above average. Pros: Convenient location, only 3 minutes walk from Dangsan station. Plenty of dining options around the hotel. Room is spacious compared to hotels in busier districts. Overall clean and tidy. Cons: facilities a bit old and worn out. Tables and chairs a bit outdated. Bed and pillow on the soft side (doesn't suit me only; maybe preferable for others). Electronic bidet toilet seat not properly functioning (sometimes doesn't work, sometimes flush automatically). Remarks: the building next to the hotel is currently under construction (Mid Nov 2023). Quite nosiy starting from 8 am every working day

The room was bigger size than most hotel rooms and the staff was amazing. Helpful and very nice. Honestly will be my future stay each time I'm in Seoul! We stayed 15 nights and they include laundry and only cleaned our room when we wanted it cleaned.

このホテルの利用は2度目になります。どちらもスーペリアダブルルームの利用でしたが、部屋も広く、部屋の雰囲気も一般的なホテルとは違っていて好きです。シャワーなどの水圧もとても良いです。 金浦空港の利用がある方は9号線が最寄り駅になるので、空港までの行き帰りが楽です。9号線は急行も運行しているので、江南地域までの移動も楽です。最寄り駅である堂山駅にはエスカレーターがあるので、スーツケースでの移動も楽です。 ただ、ソウル市中心部でたくさん買い物をした後、一旦ホテルまで置きに戻るには遠いです。そこだけ不便さを感じますが、堂山駅は2号線の駅でもあるので、いろんな場所への移動に不便は感じません。（2号線は日本では山手線のような路線です） 部屋の掃除をしてくださる方も感じの良い方でした。

Das Personal war einfach spitze , da ich kaum Englisch spreche geschweige von Koreanisch wurde mir sehr Freundlich mit translator weitergeholfen . Das zimmer war spitze , sehr groß und gemütlich, habe mich insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Würde dieses Hotel auf alle fälle weiterempfehlen. Auch die Möglichkeit in der Umgebung nach 23 uhr essen zu gehen war möglich was mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Mit der Metro war man in ca 1std am Airport . Man kann sagen das man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell überhall hon kommen konnte , ws für mich auch ein Pluspunkt war . Im ganzen kann ich das Hotel empfehlen und wenn ich wieder mal Urlaub in Seoul mache ,werde ich schauen ob das Hotel verfügbar ist .

This was one of the most unpleasant hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The room reeked of cigarette smoke the moment I walked in, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting — it smelled strongly of both urine and cigarettes. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained, and it felt unhygienic to even use the facilities. Since it was just one night, I reluctantly kept the room, but the experience was unacceptable. What made matters worse was that the hotel made no effort to address the issue, offer compensation, or even acknowledge the problem. The complete disregard for guest comfort and cleanliness is shocking. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. There are plenty of other options where basic cleanliness, respect for non-smoking rules, and customer care are actually taken seriously. This property clearly does not prioritize its guests.
